Samsung makes great TV's. All my TV's are Samsung. Great picture quality. This product has all the apps preset... Works perfect 10 out of 10.

It was very light, I was able to carry it all by myself. The sound is completely adequate I don't need to get a sound bar. Very satisfied.

I actually bought 2 Samsung TV's because I love Samsung the picture is always better than other brands and best buy gave me the best price!

Great price for great quality. One tip: Check settings if your picture dims after a few seconds. Adjust settings and the problem is solved!

I was hoping to be able to add JWBroadcasting as a channel on smart hub but wasn't compatible. Was a large reason I wanted a smart TV. I didn't do my research before I bought it. Over all, otherwise, its a great product.

installation / replacement went off without a problem. the tv fits perfect in the spot that it was measured for which was why we bought it.

This tv is very good for the price! I have comcast service in standard definition and some of the channels come across crystal clear. I am very pleased with this tv.

Set up was easy because I had a friend who knew the ropes. For someone in thir 60s a printed guide would have been helpful - make that a printed guide with a LARGE font.

The picture and sound are very good. I'm still trying to learn about all the functions & how they can make my viewing even better. So far I'm very pleased. Cisko

I like the product for a lot of reasons. It'says nice size and also it's a smart one like Netflix and all that stuff is on the screen.

I bought this smart tv after considerable research. I was specifically wanting excellent audio since my husband has a 40% hearing loss. This model received excellent reviews for control and projection into the room. We do not use a sound bar or other external speakers. We also wanted simple but reliable built in wireless to get Netflix which we had just purchased with recovery from double total knee replacement surgery less than a month away. The tv has one annoying flaw.... Only when selecting to watch Netflix and only on this tv. Two computers and an iPod air2 receive Netflix without any problems at all. After 20 -30 minutes the audio cuts out...... It is too late to return this tv and forced "mute " gives me a reason to walk for my new knees. The video never has even a twitch of an issue. Switch back to cable tv programming and just like magic the audio is back on just like a light switch. Neither Samsung, Netflix, or Apple( my router) accept responsibility- they just blame each other. I have decided this is a Samsung issue. They selected their software and built it for the smart pack. The checks I have run eliminate the others.

Good bedroom TV for the price When connected to my uverse there are some volume issues. But when watching Netflix all is well
