Got home with it only to discover the unit had been dropped and the screen was cracked. Back to the store they traded it and opened the new one to make sure it was good. So far tv has been great. The guide seems to take a long time to load, but that may be my internet. I turned it on once and all of the people were green but after shutting it off and turning back on it was fine and has not happened since. Being able to watch Netflix and surf web is great although I had to buy a wireless keyboard for it.
