TV was very good quality. Picture is crystal clear. And setup was simple. Looks great in our livingroom.

Been wanting a new TV for my bedroom for some time and when I saw this TV was on sale I went to check it out. Liking what I saw in the store, I bought it and took it home. The set up was really easy . Connecting it to my wifi so the smart aspect of it would work was super easy. I like everything about the TV except for one thing. There are no physical buttons on it. The only way to turn it off or on is by remote. Not a huge thing and not a deal breaker, but I wish I would have noticed it in store.

So easy to set up and was online immediately. Picture is perfect.

This TV seems like a really good value for the price. It's a Smart TV for under $500. That's great. The picture and sound are quite good. Vivid colors on HD channels. No complaints. I bought the 40" because I didn't want 50" and there was nothing in between. I later saw a 42 at another store. I would have liked a slightly larger screen but the 40 will work in the room where I put it. I'm happy with it.

Plenty of features for a smart TV and easy to use and set up. If you are looking for a TV around 40 inches, this would be a perfect purchase. It's not a 4k tv and so you should make sure you realize the difference before purchasing any TV. I expect the TV to live up to Samsungs quality.

TV is great. Price was reasonable. If you are expecting 4k quality, buy a 4k tv. Sound, features, setup all easy

At first I wasn't sure if a 'smart tv' was for me but I have to say everything about it was perfect. Best Buy really out-did themselves from the get go. From the moment I hit the purchase button on my computer to the day I received it. They really stayed in touch 100%. They even wanted to be sure I was happy and if I needed 'any' assistance with my Samsung T V. Best choice I could have made! Definitely would recommend them without a doubt.

Picture quality is great. Perfect size for my bedroom not too big but also not too small.

I am using this television for the last 1.5 month. It is really good. I live in an apartment. So my living room is of decent size. For my room, the size of the tv is perfect. The sound quality is also decent. Only one issue that bothers me is, it takes 2-2.5 minutes to connect to the internet.
