Sales person left to go home without handing me off to someone else. Next sales person was more interested in other customers. Excuse me I was here first. Finally, I gave up and just took my purchase to the front myself. The heck with this. I almost walked out, but had spent too much effort and time. Almost two hours to get my questions not answered.
