I have another Samsung that is 2 years older and yet it gets updated software that provides more features and apps than this new TV. It seems as if Samsung has "left this model orphaned" regarding it software updating opportunities. No "TED" app! I guess I'm just going to buy a Roku. Alas... this TV's price was awesome.
