All web based viewing ( Netflix, HBO, YouTube) was slow to load and stopped all together. We also purchased a 55 inch as well. It made it to the 8 month mark when it started same issue. Cable company confirmed a strong signal when I contacted them. Plus they sent out a tech to do the same. Tech said there are issues with the with an internal part and the company knows about it. Apparently not enough of them fail to make a change. Causing those of us with the issue to pay for the fix. Stay away from Samsung TVs, you will be glad you did!
