Think a "customer help" person should be included in the purchase . . . someone to answer the questions that take (and I am not totally technology challenged) me too much time to negotiate!

Good clear picture

My last Samsung tv had a sleep timer button that was easily accessible. On this remote, you have to go to tools, scroll down to sleep timer and set it that way. Other than that, the tv is good

So far, no issues but...recently I noticed that my screen had green coloring...very weird. Figured out that I needed to install the updates and that cleared it up! So, be sure to keep it up-to-date and I think you'll be solid - I am so far!
