Well the screen at the right is 2" black the bottom screen is blank half inch best buy said call Samsung I did twice no word back yet.

I purchased this tv, set up was simple but the sound quality was really bad. No matter what settings I adjusted it sounded tinny and unclear. The image quality was not very good either and needed lots of adjustments for a better picture. I returned it for a different television.

I had to pay Verizon to help set up the smart tv feature. Free set up help from the geek squad would have been nice. I also would have liked to have a 55 inch but feared I could not carry it and didn't want to pay for delivery. It would be nice if they could include this service with purchase.

Great graphics. Not too big, not too small for my man cave.

I was looking nice for another Samsung TV since mine bit the bullet. I did my research on other brands, but wanted to stick with the same brand. Once I went into bestbuy everyone was very helpful. I'm glad that I chose the east colonial location. Thx guys.

Netflix always pauses to buffer, and does so during the entire movie

After some initial problems with the sound while watching streaming media, the issue was solved after about a month. That's the only reason why I didn't give it a full 5-star rating. Now, I couldn't be happier with my decision! The television is perfect for my small apartment.

This is a great tv especially for the price. View, ease of accessing Internet, volume. It's an improvement from my last television for sure. I plan on buying another one for our living room.

A basic smart tv that serves the purpose. Nothing fancy about it.

I bought two Samsung TVs, a large one for the bedroom and a small one for the dining area. I did not know what I wanted, so the salesman helped me out. One I wanted to be able to carry; the other was put into my car for me by the sales staff.

Low price for a tv that has most of the features you'd want in a tv now. Apps, wifi, nice refresh rate...unless you want a larger size or UHD this is a great set for the money

I'm really happy with Samsung products. My TV was purchased at Best Buy at low cost with special financing available. They will price match most anything in the store. I wish I would have remembered that when I purchased my Samsung washer!

Great brand awesome color, looks like people or objects are 3 dimensional. After watch my LCD Sony for 7 years this is a treat! The price was good also, I did price compare. I say questionable sound because my Vizio was much louder at the same number. But overall a great buy.

The tv overall is ok but the fact that the stand was broken when I unpacked everything was more of a problem than I originally thought since the on/off switch is at the bottom of the tv. I couldn't figure out why the tv kept turning on and off and I even called Samsung and even thought I told them the stand was broken they didn't know the switch to turn it off and on was at the bottom and by it sitting on the floor uneven... I didn't realize it until I was trying to pack it back up. Well needless to say they said to go return it and I would get a new one but having to pack it back up was more trouble than just to sit it up on top off rolls of paper. So tv overall works fine the stand is a cheap plastic thing that is easily broken.

My Samsung 40" television is wall-mounted in my office and is a wonderful tool for sharing presentations and working in small groups. I love the smart hub features so I can connect easily with documentaries on netflix, visit websites, etc.

I bought this TV for my living room because I had a smaller samsung in my bedroom that has lasted at least 4 years. It seemed to be a good brand for my needs and it works great!

This product was referred to me highly by Best Buy employees as the best brand for TVs. I have had issues with a slow smart hub since I received it. In particular my Hulu app will cut out the sound while watching shows. I contacted Samsung who remotely attempted to help me but the problems have continued. Also, without a sound bar the sound is very quiet. This is a horrible TV experience to have had compared to the technology we have today. It should not have these problems.

Set this tv up in my daughters room. Has a nice display for the cost. Thin bezel makes this set not much bigger than her old 32" Samsung LCD. Would have been 5 stars, but the Samsung remote for using the built in apps is a little clunky, but not a deal breaker.
