bought this Samsung TV on labor day, because our visio blew up on us. today September 20th. the screen suddenly cracked. my wife and I got very upset. now trying to find the receipt, which I have no idea where it is. only have an statement from our online account. Heading to Best Buy soon to trade it in or money back.

Hey everyone! Here is my review on the 40" Samsung Smart TV. I love this tv. I will admit that I had a problem with the audio. But dont worry, the purchase was less than a month and Best Buy did a fast exchange. I hope that someday all televisions will be "smart".

I bought this TV from Best Buy 5 minutes before the store closed , the staff was very helpful and didn't rush me at all even though the store was about to close , love Best Buy can't say enough about the TV and service!

We love it! Had many problems trying to hook Samsung phones to outdated tv. No mhl compatibility...thanks sprint... Mirroring is awesome!!! If you're not into the newest tech and just want to go old school, it's worth it!

We purchased this unit for our exercise room. Setup was straightforward: we use an Ethernet connection for smart tv access to Netflix, Hulu, etc, & HDMI for use with a DVD player & WiiFit. Good video, good audio, good deal...

Bought it for my daughter to she was visiting for a month! She likes it a lot and I want to use it for the good guestroom. Going to probably use it myself !!! Perfect size for guests and my wife wanted it for Netflix so she can watch Gray's anatomy in there

Set up was a very easy no issues!. At one time I had to all call tech support for assistance (my fault) the CSR was outstanding very patient walking me thru a setting - also extremely polite! Based on service alone I would buy another LG prodduct.

Tv quality is great. However the audio on the smart apps will cut out With no warning. I have trouble shot online but nothing seems to work. Only exiting the app and restarting it will solve the issue.

Very happy with this t.v., just wish it was fast. I have high-speed internet so I don't like that I have to wait for the tv to prepare, in order for me to use the smart features. I can't just turn the t.v. on and use the apps, it takes a couple minutes.

Tv is great for everything. The only think I've noticed is that it won't automatically connect to my wifi. I've tried using it at various places and it's the same thing every time. I always have to log on to my wifi every time if I want to watch Netflix

I was a little hesitant in buying this TV, but after reading all the good reviews & talking to a best buy agent in Columbia Heights,all my doubts are gone & bought it immediately. I recommended it to all my friends!

Great TV except I think it needs a faster processor. Great buy at $250 at the holidays. I just think it runs a little too slow and thinks too long when in Smart TV mode, especially using YouTube. Other than that it truly was a Best Buy IMHO.

Love the TV now. We were led to beleve it was easy to set up. Bought it Thursday but did not have a functioning TV until Sunday after 5 calls to Best Buy and our cable provider and a trip to pick up a new converter box.

Good tv for bedroom. I was hesitant to buy a Samsung as I bight a 50” Samsung at Best Buy for a vacation house and it unexpectedly powers off at random times. This 40” tv is used daily and works well

I am glad I took the 32-inch back for the 40-inch. The sound is not very good so I purchased a sound bar and that made it so much better. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. I would give it a better review if the sound was better.

I love Samsung tvs. My only complaint would be the sleep timer on the remote. You have to hit tools, scroll down to sleep timer, set the timer then exit. Would have been better if there was sleep button on remote. Other than that, I love the tv

Tv is fantastic, but samsungs smart tv hub is a pain. I always want software updated but the update notifications are annoying, especially just to let me know that they are discontinuing Skype!

This TV was purchased for my office. I already own a Samsung at home and have had it for about eight years and still satisfied with it. So I have a history with Samsung so I figured I'd stick with what works.

I like Samsung products... for the money, this tv is perfect... great image quality. Only issue is the wifi connectivity... there are some issues with speed, it's well known. I also had a screen go bad, but the extended warranty was honored.

My parents bought the TV for Christmas at a black Friday sale. They opened it after New Year's as their elderly they needed someone to help them set it up. The screen under the glass was cracked upon opening the box. When contacting Best Buy they were out of the warrantee for returns or exchanges (The associate at bestbuy was not nice to my mother). When contacting Samsung they ask for pictures I emailed them to Samsung and they replied stating that if we wanted to repair this (new tv) my parents would have to pay for a technician. I will not buy a Samsung product again nor will I shop at Best Buy again as neither company would stand behind the product sold. Poor customer service!!!!
