Love the TV, does everything as advertised. Bought it for our master BR and its perfect size, clear, good sound, great picture. Smart TV works perfect. The one draw back is a sluggish remote control, takes a little getting adjusted to. When paried with cable no need for the remote except for using the SMART part..........would give it a 5 star if it had a more responsive remote.

I've been surprised at how much I like the TV. The physical weight allows it to be easily mounted on a swivel mount without worry. The screen and color are great. It had no problem connecting to the wi-fi and the Smart features for using the internet works great for us. The specs. are behind the times but that was not an issue for us.

This LED TV was part of a Xbox One bundle which included the Master Chief Edition without a Kinect for $549. This was an unbelievable deal that included a top quality TV. In my opinion Samsung has the best quality picture and this one does not disappoint. Excellent color and clarity and super light weight. Incredible technology.

Bought this TV during the Thanksgiving sale - fantastic price! Samsung TV has very bright colors, Internet capabilities to watch Netflix,etc and the screen size is perfect for a bedroom or small living room. I am very happy with this purchase.

The picture on this television is amazing! I purchased this television as a gift for my mother who has a hard time seeing clearly. She wanted a bigger tv, but not "too big". This television fit the bill, it's easy to operate, and it's a Smart TV, so she now has access to Netflix and a variety of other options!

This is a very nice TV and the picture quality is great! The TV only has two HDMI connections but is not a problem because we purchased this for use in the kitchen. The sound works well for the space that it's in. We also like that it's a Smart TV and is not very heavy. We do not use this TV for gaming.

I only buy Samsung tvs, this is my first new TV in four years. The 4k technology really provides a great picture. The smart TV connected to the Internet easily and was easy to set up.

Plenty of adjustments that you can do for any room size or light. I have a mother who is very picky when it comes to electronics. She wants the basic and the most simplest controls. I want the smart channels and all the newest tech that is financially reasonable. This satisfied both of us. This Samsung offered a great HDMI picture with the smart channels and a great price. Along with being able to sit in a good sized living room and enjoy quality video and audio that normally would require a larger model. Several years ago I had a bad experience with a new brand I bought at Best Buy in their TV section and I had stayed away from that area of their store since. Now I am back as a TV customer of Best Buy and a very HAPPY customer at that. I definitely would recommend this store and TV to anyone. (Along with the fact that I have been a customer of Best Buy for many years in most every other department spending $$$$$ in the computer, phone and other tech accessories departments).

I purchased this TV upon the recommendation of a sales associate at the store. TV is great. The only issue we had was that it wouldn't connect to wireless when we first hooked it up. It turns out the software in the TV needed to be updated before it would connect to wireless to use the Smart TV functions. Once that problem was figured out, we have had no issues with the TV. Works great. Great picture.

I have purchased 3 of these TV's from Best Buy. The service & delivery have been excellent. The TV itself is extremely simple to set up, one person can quickly & easily do it. Seamless use on multiple platforms from cable to Netflix, Amazon, gaming, internet, etc. Beautiful picture. Would definitely recommend.

I have been looking for a smart tv for my bedroom. Went to best buy and after comparing a few models I chose the Samsung for picture quality and ease of use. Smarthub is easy to navigate and being able to go online is great feature. I would recommend this for quality, value and ease of use.

We bought it for our summer cottage, mostly for football season (Go Pack Go!), it was easy to set up and picks up distant stations well. I was surprised how light weight it was. Nice picture and good enough sound for our use.

Purchased this because I wanted the "smart" feature. Have to admit I haven't used the feature much, but I have it! Yea!! Very easy to set up the TV and smart feature. Picture is very clear and crisp. Love everything about this TV.

Purchased two of these TVs during a Black Friday sale. I chose the 40" version to fit into existing bedroom armoires. Picture is very good for the price. I have another Samsung TV and have been happy with it's performance and durability so I purchased these based upon previous experience. Set up was easy and we like the "Smart Feature" to connect to Netflix and Youtube. Both TVs are in cabinets so we experience a slight echo effect from the sound, no big deal. If you want better sound; then a cheap sound bar will fix you up. One TV is connected to Wifi and have had no problems with connection or streaming speed. I had to connect the second TV via LAN cable due to poor wifi signal in that room. Not the TVs fault, though. Overall, great product for the price and I am happy with this TV.

Overall the TV is a good value when bought at a discount. It has Wifi good connectivity, and standard apps. Its colors, contrast and viewing angles are acceptable. Its refresh rate is low, the remote is slow, and there is no compatible smartphone app to control your TV. I wouldn't spend $500 on this TV, but its probably worth it if its $300 or less.

Didn't need to spend a fortune to up grade from a 12 year old CRT TV. Took advantage of free delivery and removal of the old very heavy CRT TV set. Free delivery included installation/ hook up and demo showing that the unit worked. Picture quality is better that the Old CRT and the SMART feature will pay dividends especially for I-net connectivity and streaming accessibility. The 40 inch size fits the viewing area perfectly. The sound system is more than acceptable thus no need to purchase auxiliary speakers. All things considered, the Samsung 40" TV met expectations for price and picture quality.

Perfect screen size (40 inch) for our bedroom. Easy to set up. Smart HDTV perfect for what we do. On-line access and subscriptions available. Screen is clear, motion rate is real life like. I'm happy with my purchase.

Got rid of allot of extra boxes because it is a smart tv. Netflix and huluplus built into TV. Great picture quality at 1080p. Easy to setup and update the firmware. Best Buy gave me a $25 gift card too.

The TV quality is awesome! But the device (it's not just a TV) really shines with the Smart TV functions. Being able to watch YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, etc withOUT the need for any other devices is awesome!

This TV is super light, super easy to use and very easy to set up. I was worried that my lack of techi-ness was going to make this difficult, but all I had to do was buy HDMI cables and it was done!
