Loved how easy it was to set up. The choices we have are great can change the color easy the sound easy and also the screen size has choices

This is good smart TV, with quite a few built in apps. Only thing I miss is ..if it had rotary stand..though it depends on my personal choice..not many people would be doing that.. Overall good TV for this price range..

I own two (2) a year old flat screen TV's which I bought last year at Best Buy - one 65" Samsung Curve and a 55" Samsung SUHD 4k - and extremely satisfied with quality and performance. I bought a new xBox One Console last Black Friday for my daughter and thought of just buying an extra smaller size TV to come it with and without hesitation, I decided that I'll get another Samsung brand. To cut my review shorter, the only thing I can say about this 40" Samsung that I just bought last Black Friday is ... you get what you paid for. I regret not reading the reviews, but although I am satisfied with picture quality and sound itself, the I think this time, the "functionalities" of this Samsung Model was "sacrificed" & modest. I agree with the previous reviews I've read, problems from the Remote Control & Smart Hub. I did experienced a very slow remote control response (e.g. setting the volume, navigating through Smart Hub) and the ever common problem - volume suddenly going out when viewing apps at SmartHub e.g. Netflix. Although I probably won't use the apps often on this TV, it's just disappointing to think that the apps are not working properly. And I also noticed that the "Wi-Fi" signal bar that the TV is showing is lower than what my other devices gets - xBox, iPad, iPhone, and Laptop - are all getting good signal bar compared to the TV when I placed these devices next to where the TV is located. Nevertheless, I'm still satisfied with TV's performance and overall I'd give it 3-1/2 Stars Average. Since I have my xBox connected already to this TV, I use the Apps on my xBox like Netflix with no issues. And besides, most likely I'll watch in my bigger size TV for Netflix : ) I didn't bother calling the Samsung Tech Support as I've read in the reviews from people who called Tech Support that they the usual response is "we are aware of the issue and currently working on it" or "it has a defective board or part that needs to be replaced". Thank You.

I purchased this tv to use in my bedroom and have been very satisfied with it. For the price, I didn't expect much but was pleasantly surprised at the quality. It has good picture quality adjustments along with a good sound equalizer. I don't use the browser on this or any of my other tv's as it seems the processors installed in tv's are inadequate, at best. I stream from Netflix, Amazon and Hulu with no problems. Although, I would have signal drop from Netflix, so I ran a cat 5 and eliminated the WiFi. I don't know if it was my WiFi or the tv's but it works flawlessly now. Very easy to set up.

The TV Color is OUTSTANDING! THE CLARITY IS BRIGHT AND CLEAR. PERFORMANCE CONTINUES TO BE VERY SATISFACTORY. HOPE TO ENJOY VIEWING PROGRAM FOR MANY YEARS ON THIS GREAT TV. AT 86 YEARS OLD, I HAVE SEEN GREAT IMPROVEMENTS IN 50 YEARS OF VIEWING.

This unit replaced a broken set. This is a SmartTV and a gives excellent resolution. The packaging was excellent. The setup was quick and easy. No issues with the set...connected to internet, no problem. Great viewing and a quality product.

have it setup in the bedroom and don't have cable on it but use the smart features. smart features require some time to "warm up" which is annoying (have to let the TV turn on for like a minute before i can use netflix for example) but TV picture quality and sound are great.

I could not get a better television than this at this price. Set up was remarkably easy for cable and all my streaming programs. No complicated downloads or frustrating moments connecting to anything. Couldn't believe it. Thanks, Best Buy!!

I was looking for the Smart TV within $350 and I found this Samsung model. One of the best picture quality and is a value for money. Its been almost six months I am using it, so far no trouble at all. Highly recommended.

This TV is not a disappointment. I recommend it to anyone who has the money, (or space, for that matter,) though I will assure you it's worth it.

Great TV. The stand on the bottom is very substantial. Very easy setup. Very easy smart feature setup. Sound and picture quality is great.

I picked his up with the Xbox one combo deal, and then sold the Xbox one for 300. Totally worth the 200 I paid for it, great picture quality and size. I've only had it for a month or so, but I am loving it so far!

I wanted to get a smart tv to use for netflix & other online shows in a spot where we didnt have cable. I love samsung products & this one did not disappoint. Very easy to navigate!

I originally purchased a 43 inch from another store for my BR, took that back, got a 37 inch, (too small), put that in another BR then went to Best Buy (where I should have gone in the first place!) and got my 40 inch...PERFECT FIT!!

We like the picture, color, etc. of this new TV. Sometimes it seems that it jumps from the SmartHub back to the regular broadcast by itself, though. Don't know why except possibly my internet service isn't always great. Overall, a great little TV!

I recently purchased this TV for an installation in an existing wall unit. The TV is just the right size, and the picture is sensational! Vivid colors and sharp, crisp images regardless of the input. The TV has two HDMI inputs, and digital optical out for connection to my (non Bluetooth) sound bar. Great picture, great sound output! I love the smart TV apps that are available (Amazon, HBO Go, etc.) and they have all worked flawlessly. Top this all off with a great price from Best Buy and this was a Win Win!!

Had excellent results from the 32" Samsung Smart TV bought 3 years ago and going strong, so when I needed a TV for living room, bought same brand at a great price (40" screen) . Great picture and picks up on Netflix, etc. as wanted.

This TV has a very clear sharp picture. It is a pleasure to watch. I did purchase a sound bar after a few weeks to augment the sound. Did not like the sound as it was not loud enough. Would definitely recommend buying this smart tv.
