I was looking to purchase a Smart TV and am a fan of Samsung. Although I was a bit hesitant to buy an open box item, I bit the bullet. Am glad I did! Good price, fast delivery, and all is great!

We travel in motorhome and even though we don't have HD satellite box, the picture is still much better than with other brands. We have this brand in our snowbird home with HD and love the Samsung.

I got this TV when it was in a bundle, so I cannot speak for the price as a pro since I would not have bought it if not for the bundle. But, this 40 inch Smart TV is LED, has many streaming apps and is very lightweight.

I really like my new Samsung TV, and the sound is great! Finally I can sit or travel to another room and still hear the TV. This is extremely beneficial when I'm trying to prepare dinner. I also like the apps options and built-in security features. I also love the built in web browser. The two complaints I have are with viewing The TV from the side and the interactive Guide. Viewing the TV from either side results in a faded screen, which prompts me to have to walk into the living room from the kitchen to see what is going on. I wonder if this is an issue with Samsung TVs, since my bedroom Samsung TV also does does this, but my sister'sMagnavox has a clear screen all around. The i inter-active TV guide feature does not work. The programs and descriptions do not populate. I discovered from Samsung that while the button still remains on the TV remote control, the feature has been replaced with the re-position or reformatted app listing. I almost forgot to mention, I like the clear crisp text on the screen. The larger clear letters are a vast improvement from our 1980s Zenith TV!

This is our first flat screen and smart TV. It was a great affordable option and the SMART TV is worth it. The picture is great, the only problem we have had so far is it is slow to recognize the internet connection.

I'm very satisfied with my TV, it performs as expected albeit the remote channel changer is somewhat awkward. I have other two Samsungs and they have the sleek remote which is much easier to navigate. I'd wish that this TV would had come with it.

Great smart tv with nice features, excellent picture, easy hook up and the kicker was a great price match by Best Buy.

Great replacement for factory TV. Smart TV gives you lots of capabilities while on the road. Love the color and the sound is great. However, the location of the speaker needs redesign but this is common with all Samsung TVs.

We previously had several LG TVs that we like alot. We have a small space and this one came with 1/4 inch of our allotted space. We are very pleased with the picture and the sound. I would recommend--and price is reasonable.

This t.v. has pretty good picture for the price point. The apps respond. Fairily well but are kind of hard to work with. It can read ever kind of video. File I use through the USB pport.overall a good bedroom t.v.

Good tv for the price i got it for. I got it bundled with an xbox one for a real good price. Overall the tv looks good for a 60 hz. The smart hub could really use an upgrade but none so far.

I have been looking at HD and Smart tv's keeping an eye on them when I stumbled across this one in the local store. I purchased it and have no complaints, it has a great picture and lots of options, and at a perfect price for my limited budget.

easy set up....plz read the direction on the manual always before complaining..... and make sure the tv driver is updated via internet.....but overall set up with samsung subwoofer bar speaker and my dog was amused...lol.......enjoyed the apps

Easy setup, was worried about the sound but it's perfect for my living room even with street noise. Screen is perfect size with great quality picture. Very pleased with my purchase and love the smart features.

Very nice tv, got it for Black Friday deal. I love having the Hulu app without having to turn on any of my consoles. Great picture and excellent size for family. Movie nights are fantastic with this television.

This is a great TV. I was shocked by the picture quality. It is very crisp and clear in everything and after setting it up and accessing the apps it is amazing.

This was an upgrade for my Dad who had one of the original flat screens in his room from many years ago. He loves this tv for the clear picture and great sound.

I bought a Samsung 40" tv for my mother because her tv was extremely outdated. The Samsung proved to have better quality. On the old tv, dark movie scenes were pitch black but on the Samsung you could see all the details. The reason I only gave it 3 stars though was the sound system. The first Samsung I purchased had this strange vibration sound coming from it every 10 minutes or so no matter if we were watching the tv or a movie. I took it back and exchanged it for another Samsung thinking it must have had something to do with the shipment. However, the second Samsung had the same problem. I ended up taking the second one back as well and purchased a Sony tv instead.

I got the open box after Black Friday so I got $150 dollars off! Great picture and it does awesome for what I use it for. I don't have any complaints really.

The TV has a nice picture, but unfortunately the sound leaves much to be desired. Not much low-end sound and if you have fans or anything on you need to turn the volume waaaaaay up to be able to hear anything fairly well.
