My son was actually the one that recommended a Samsung TV and he was right. The picture, color and sound are so much better than my old TV ( which was only a few years old), it is a Smart TV but to be honest I am not sure what that means. Thankfully all my sons are very tech savvy, so they do all that for me. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to family and friends.

I was able to handle the delivery and installation by myself and the TV worked the first tiem I turned it on. it has a GREAT picture and GREAT sound. No problems here.

The Samsung 40 inch TV works very well even with a less than optimum non-HD cable input. With the smart TV using Netflix or other streaming sources, it is excellent.

This Samsung 40" television is a great investment for the money. I really enjoy the fact that it is a Smart Television...

I'm am very satisfied with this product! The picture quality is awesome! The only problem I've noticed is that the smarthub takes a while to prepare before you can use it. Overall it's great!

Pictures are sharp, plug and play, really smart hook up to internet

Purchased this tv for my son's room, and there are no complaints. Perfect size for any small room, again great apps, awesome picture quality.......no issues here!

Was purchased for my 12 yr old son's room. So far no complaints. Everything about it has been just as expected from having read all of the other previous reviews.

I bought another brand last yr and the picture blewout, so i replaced it with the Samsung and my son loves it. The picture and sound are great. He raves about it.

Pros: great picture, super easy to set up. Cons: the sound is just awful. Tinny, cheap, absolutely no depth. I read this in reviews but didn't believe it- but it's true. Our 10+ year old tv had so much better sound! Hubby went to BB & a sales person told him to get a sound bar, which is terrific. Still, you'd think a new flat screen would have better sound! Overall we love it now, tho sound bar is clunky & takes up a lot of space.

As far as TV's go, you can't beat Samsung. It's reliable and there is hardly ever a service issue. This size works really well for a second TV in a smaller room

I got this TV when included an XBox One bundled. Great price for TV and Console. The TV does not disappoints very nice picture but quality of materials are lower but again it is a budget TV.

Got this TV for my office. I do not have cable connection but this TV can connect to my Hulu account. Now I can watch my shows while working in my office at home

clear picture, looks great in our room, easy to set up. but I will admit the price paid was a little more than I thought it should be seeing it was black Friday.

I like the picture quality and channels to choose from. Does take some effort to figure out how to get everything to work right, but it does work out in the end.

This tv is awesome , netflix ,pandora ,open the browser , wow a smart tv is one of the best product you can purchase.
