I don't watch TV in bed often but I am looking forward to having the larger screen when I do. AT&T just hooked it up two days ago.

Sure, you can go for a 4K set, but how close do you really plan to sit? Samsung has always had a name for quality, and this unit is no different.

Purchased for my children's room. Perfect size for them to play games on and watch cartoons. Great quality picture, was not dissapointed at all.

Bought this for my son's room. It fits perfectly on the wall unit. We had no problems picking up our wifi signal. Now he can watch his favorite shows on Netflix and Hulu.

This is my first smart tv, and I must say not only was it a great value for what I paid for it, but also a great TV. Good investment on my part;))

This Samsung TV has a really great picture and, considering what I've heard on other TVs of this size, has decent speakers and sound. The Set-up is relatively painless and simple, just follow the prompts and answer the questions. Most of the defaults for picture and sound are good. Now, here is where it gets questionable and why I didn't give this unit 5 stars. The SmartHub has the ability to connect you to a wide variety of apps which allow you to get a lot of free content, and some not-so-free stuff. By default, you get NetFlix, YouTube, Hulu, Fandango Amazon and a web browser. Where we ran into problems was, after about 10-15 minutes of watching our favorite programs on NetFlix or YouTube, the sound would just randomly stop working. Watching a movie on Crackle was even worse. After the first commercial break, the app would lock up and not allow us to continue watching the movie until we closed the app and restarted it. At first I thought it was a network issue with my wifi since we have a lot of devices throughout our house. So, I installed a brand new CAT6 run from my network to alleviate any possible latency issues caused by too many gadgets and too little bandwidth. Unfortunately, that was not the answer. The next step was to contact Samsung tech support via their internet chat. After going through 3 technicians over 2 days, the last one told me to open a repair request and gave me the web address. Note of caution here, if you have to fill out the online repair request form, you will have to attach a copy of your receipt, but don't bother trying to upload a .pdf file, their system will not allow it even though it is one of the options. I tried a bunch of times using 3 different computers and 4 browsers before I changed the receipt to a .doc file. Then, after all of that hassle, when I finally clicked the button to send the request, I received an error that their system would not take the form and to try back later. After an additional 30 minutes of my life wasted attempting to re-transmit their form (to no avail), I ended up calling their 800 number. First, I was greeted by their wonderful automated system. After only 3 tries, I was sent to an actual human being! After explaining the whole issue with the new human, I was then transferred to yet another technician. I had to explain everything to the new guy yet again. This time, he requested remote access via their system access tool (it is off by default and only turns on when you turn it on). He accessed some system screen that the others had not, and finally, after another 30 minutes, told me that there was a firmware update that needed to be installed and it would be sent directly to the TV sometime between now and 24 hours from now. He assured me that this would resolve the problem since it had something to do with a conflict on the wifi part of the network board in the unit. All I have to say at this point is, it better work or I'm going to box this thing up, return it and possibly get a Sony or Panasonic. Did I mention it has a great picture?

I love this TV. Great quality images, thin, light and easy to use.

Great picture. Easy setup and perfect size for a small room. We put this in our bedroom and doesn't seem too small. Loaded a few apps on the tv and stream MLB games.

Great tv I purchased it for my 23 yr old son he uses it mainly for playing xbox or PlayStation. The color is great and the sound is awesome!!

tv was easy to connect to cable dvr and blue ray player. works beautifully and has a sharp picture
