I've been very pleased. It replaced an Insignia that I really didn't like and it's so much better. The only down side is the sound which is OK, but doesn't change much when I try to raise the volume. The TV is in by bedroom, so the sound is not a crucial issue.

Nice little TV, for what I paid for it

Splitting the cost down the middle between the two items, I would say the TV is definitely worth $250 by itself... though I can't say I would pay any more in hindsight. My old TV has almost twice as many ports (HDMI, composite, component, etc.). This one only has 2 HDMI ports. Pretty unacceptable considering my old TV that's 5 years old (also a Samsung LCD TV) has 4 HDMI ports.

Great TV for it's price

The person that uses this TV the most is not technically savvy, so tthis was the perfect TV. It is used for over the air reception and the install was simple and quick and all the available channels were on the tuner. WE are very happy with this TV.
