First smart TV I have purchased and am extremely happy. Set-up was so easy, including connection to wi-fi for Hulu, Netflix, Amazon and even digital cable (without the need for a converter box). Picture is crystal clear and sound is good. Already have an LG HDTV but like this Samsung better...will likely purchase Samsung again in the future. Plus, got it for a great deal on Black Friday!

Out of the box the colors were great. There were just a few things, I had to bump up, one was the sharpness. & the other were the treble & bass. Other than that, nothing left to do but enjoy a very nice picture in my master bedroom. Once the Smart TV portion is set up, NetFlix came in great and all my other shows and my sports look great on the new TV. Best 40" Smart TV for the money.

Great tv!! The picture is fantastic, deep blacks and rich vibrant colors. Nothing seems washed, faded, or low quality. It was a snap to set up, took at most 10 minutes including unwrapping materials, assembling the stand which is a snap and needs no instructions, and finally cable attachment and wi-fi hookup!!! I'm getting another for my other child's bedroom. Just beautiful I love it

So I picked this TV up during the xbox/TV combo for 500. TV is a smart TV with great amount of features. Apps, stream tables or phone to TV for about 150.00. It works find apps do not take super long to load, picture quality is very good only minor static at times. The major problem I have with this TV is that the sound stutters at times forcing the tb to freeze for like a second or two. This is a real problem because it was part of the deal there was non in my local region to switch to see if the problem is my TV or the problem goes across this model of tv. I'm going to have to call Samsung to see what are my options. If this TV didn not have a stutter problem I would give it 4 stars but because this problem is so annoying and actually is a distraction from day to day factors.

I have enjoyed my new 40" Samsung Smart TV, although trying to navigate the internet using the TV remote is a little difficult. I have been informed by one of your agents I can plug in a wireless mouse, so I might try that. Excellent product!

I was pleased with a 55" Samsung tv purchased a few years ago. So when I needed to replace an aging second tv in our home, I decided to go with Samsung again. Setup was easy; picture is bright, smooth, detailed. SMART TV component adds other possibilities for streaming content. 3rd generation Apple TV was quickly found by the Samsung. I am very happy with the purchase

Smart Hub options are v-e-r-y s-l-o-w to load...Used Roku (the first basic one) prior to this and it was MUCH faster for streaming Netflix and Amazon,with absolutely the same existing wi-fi service. Also the stand is rather flimsy not matter how many times I tighten the screws Otherwise, superb picture and better sound quality than others I have at higher price points...All in all, a good purchase at a great price

I already have 2 Samsung flat screen TVs. While Christmas shopping, saw this unit on sale for a great price. Based on my previous experience with Samsung products, I had no problem buying this unit on the spot. Great picture quality for the price. While not the newest or fastest refresh rate, it is perfect for what I bought it for - a replacement TV for the bedroom.

This TV has met all of my expectations. Great picture,sound is far better then I expected and price was excellent! How can you go wrong paying less then $300 for a 40" name brand smart TV like Samsung and get all these features. Perfect TV for my bedroom. Oh yea shipping was fast. Ordered on black Friday afternoon and received on the next Monday. Thank you Best Buy!

I needed a TV for the bedroom so I decided to check out bestbuy. The Samsung caught my eye; knowing their reputation I purchased this smart tv. I was not dissappointed. Super light, great picture, awesome sound. Would recommend to a friend.

We are currently using this as a fifth TV and we have always had a great experience with Samsung. This TV was easy to setup and has a great picture. Sound quality is good but could be better. Controls are easy to use and fortunately so far none of our Samsung TVs have had to have service.

This television met all my expectations, and the price was excellent. We have a larger Samsung and are happy with the quality,so we bought this one for my mom. She is delighted with the TV. I was surprised how light and easy to handle it was. Our customer service was outstanding, as well!

I purchased this smart tv both to replace a very old and heavy television. I loved that I could set up this flat screen all by myself, it is so light. The picture is very good and it enables me to access internet sources without other devices. I'm sure there is still plenty to learn about it, but I was able to access what was most important to me quite quickly.

I was looking for a TV for my office that had a built in web browser and WiFi. This TV at the price point I purchased it at was UNREAL. Beautiful picture and sound and the apps and web browser work wonderful on our network. (via Ethernet) The colors are bright and the blacks are black and it is beautiful in design as well. Samsung has been a top product for me.

This was a great Black Friday purchase. I could not ask more from the picture and features. Only drawback on this TV is the stand. Long thin legs make it require a sizable entertainment stand. Much better suited for wall mounting, so I guess that is my next purchase...

Was looking 4 something not 2 big and not 2 small 4 my bedroom, compared 2 regular tvs, d price wasn't dat much different 4 a smart TV.... Love d sz and most of all loved d price on a brand dat I already ❤....only thing is how long it takes 2 load Netflix after d TV has been turned on, if u try going into Netflix right away, it'll say "preparing tv" takes about 5 minutes 2 finish preparing

The TV is very easy to set up. It come with very modern clean stand design. The 40" is a great and perfect size for my bedroom. I added the HDMI cable and went to setting to only vie tv on 1080i 1081 and boom! Perfect picture quality. I recommend the product and a good prices
