replaced old tube tv with new hd samsung. picture is great, resolution is perfect

This TV is a tv in our gym, it has a very clear picture and perfect size. Only thing is I wish it was a little thinner.

Sandra was an excellent associate. I went to in with a diff tv in mind and after talking with Sandra and discussing my needs we selected the best one for me. She also helped me apply for a best buy credit card that I was able to use for this purchase. My new tv is also internet capable, set up at home was very easy just as she had described. An overall great experience! I would recommend this tv and associate Sandra to everyone.

Has been over 20 years since we bought a new tv. Looked at all stores and brands. Pertaining to visual enhancement and color. This tv was outstanding and great price as well and as for the service excellent. This pertains to the representative at the store as well. Impressive.

The Samsung line has been very good. We have another one that we have used for several years. The remote for this TV is much better than the remote for the older one. It does one odd thing when you want to use the features like netflix and the internet. It looks like it updates all the apps first and then you can use it. It seems like you should be able to make that an option. Maybe one can and I just have not found the setting.

I've had this TV for 1 month. Samsung has become a favorite for my household as this brand is the only TV I will buy now. This specific model is nowhere close to the 65" I got last Christmas. They changed the start up configuration. You have to wait about 2 minutes before you can use a smart hub app (i.e. Netflix and Hulu). It drives me insane! My bigger one allows me to jump onto anything right away. Aside from that, the resolution is great and is a perfect size for the bedroom.

Great size and pretty flush to the wall. Would recommend to anyone. Great value for money spent.

I have always bought Samsung TV's because of the quality of the products. This is my first smart tv and it was very easy to setup. Connecting to the home network was also very easy but this could be misleading since I am a network admin. Picture quality is also very good.

I just bought this TV and got it home and it is amazing, it was super easy to set up. The picture quality is great, I love how easy it is to switch between TV and the online content and the sound quality is excellent! So far I have no complaints and would highly recommend.

I have been using a Sony box TV for years. I couldn't bring it with me due to the weight when I left. I decided to spring for a smart tv and it's great! I don't even need cable I steam almost everything through Netflix and Hulu. It does it's job and has a beautiful picture!

Bought this for my in-laws and they have actually used the smart feature for the internet! Not bad for a 92 year old!

This TV is great. The ease of Netflix to hulu or whatever you want to stream is fast and easy.
