Great UHD Picture, but with limitations

However many DTV cable channels do not have fit to screen option for 16:9 standard picture setting. It is connected to cable TV thru antenna connection without a cable box. My other Samsung TV (UN40H5203) does have fit to screen option for all DTV channels. Neither Samsung or Time Warner was able to help.

Very nice TV - most features at a good price...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My only hesitations on giving it 5 stars and the reasons I would have given it 4.5 stars instead of 5 is that the TV stand is a bit bulkier than I would have imagined for a 40" TV, and there are only 3 HDMI ports. I use a AV receiver so the lack of a 4th HDMI port wasn't that big of a deal, but I could see a need for an HDMI switch for some people.

Great looking display for 40"

If you're going to buy any display 40" or larger, make sure you get a 7 Series. Indicated in the model number towards the end, i.e. 7000. The only issue I've had as of recent with these displays, is that most universal mounts don't come with hardware long enough to fit the deep mounting holes, so an extra trip to the hardware store... 40-49" for sure. 50-65" unsure, 65"+ not an issue. Other than that it would be a 5⭐️

Excellant TV

I chose Samsung because I own a Samsung 78" LED TV and the picture quality is Superb. So in purchasing this Samsung and model only made it easy for me. Their picture quality and ease of setup is excellent. It serves as a computer monitor just as well. Price is a bit high but well worth it.
