This TV lived up to my expectations. It has a beautiful screen and the preinstalled apps work great! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fantastic 4K TV at a great price

It took 2 different times to have the Geek Squad install my TV and it is still NOT right. Hopefully on my next appointment, Dec. 17, they will be able to do it correctly.

This one is for our bedroom, really like the picture. Really wish we would have gone with Samsung for the 55" in the living room. Will definitely be buying Samsung again.

However, I also paid for 5 years insurance on the TV AND I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED FROM BEST BUY FORMAL ASSURANCE THAT I HAVE THE INSURANCE, OR WHAT EXACTLY IS COVERED.

Best tv I have ever owned. The picture is amazing and I love that I can connect any wireless headphones to it so that I am the only one who can hear it at night.

I recently bought this and went from a 19' TV to this and absolutely love it. Easily use of bluetooth to connect with laptop and gaming systems. Would recommend.

WiFi makes this unit very simple to set up and operate. Coupled with the appropriate Samsung soundbar, you've got a home theater, albeit on a smaller scale.

This TV is perfect for the living room in my apartment. It was easy to set up and light weight to place on riser on cabinet. I would recommend this TV.

Got a 49" of the same model and was so impress by the quality that went an got a 40" for the bedroom and didn't need to convince my wife for it.

Omg. This television is top of the line. You name it it does it. Smart capabilities to the max. All you have to do is talk to it and it does it!!!

This smart TV is an excellent product. The only thing I do not like about it is the remote is small and black and I've misplaced it several times.

I have owned a lot of TV's before but this one leaves all of the others in the dust. It is so light and was very easy to set up and start watching.

My TV went out before purchasing this 40" TV. I ended up getting a larger TV after a few days to get the full experience.

I am not a techie, but I did a lot of research on 4K TVS under $1000. This appeared to be one of the best I could get in that price range. It has gone beyond my expectations and I am very pleased.

Best Buy during my learning process gave me all the technical and operating.advice I needed to.install this system in our motorhome

Live my TV. Wasn't sure about a 4K tv but wanted to have newer technology than I had before

Poor customer service, hard to get info on product and had some missing screws which I was told to go to Home Depot and find them.

I have five Samsung LED tv sets ranging from 32 inch through 48 inch over a 6 year period. All TV's have performed as advertised.

Fantastic love the way the controller works any device Has less buttons than any controller out there Still does all features !
