It will work for a few weeks then I will have to perform a factory reset. After the first issue, which was 2 days out of the box this is what I was instructed to by customer service and have since done it again.

I have bought three laptops and three tv's from Best Buy over the last five years. Yet I was treated like my business doesn't matter to Best Buy.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV to be a monitor slash Xbox one gaming tv.i noticed the screen would have a horizontal roll starting at the top down while playing Xbox it would happen often.the lap top I am using connected by HDMI there were vertical blue lines popping up .now that maybe because the laptop is not very compatible with the TV.anthoer thing I did not like was the way the power cable plugged into the back of the unit .it felt loose .after about 2 weeks best buy put the lower model on sale 6290 6 series and I returned this one and exchanged it .there is only a few minor differences between the 2 and the issues I had with the other TV have not happened with the 6290 plus the plug feels more secure hope this helps make your decision.
