First official tv purchAse and I love it! It’s easy to work, and smart so I can watch Netflix & YouTube on it!

Choosing one big screen over another comes down to which picture you prefer. It is a tough choice since most are very good and you cannot get the same demo disc on each brand. This was easy to setup. Has great apps and the images are better i. My den than in the showroom.

Gorgeous picture, easy setup, most TV you can buy for the money....I'm lucky I bought it on sale, but even at the regular price this TV is a steal. Sound, picture and setup are top notch!!!

I bought this TV as an open box item and got some additional money off of the purchase (thanks Best Buy). The smart TV feature works very well and is simple enough for a kid to go to Amazon TV or Netflix. The only problem is, now I realize how old my other TVs are, because this is so much better.

I really like the quality of the picture. The set up was very easy. The remote control is another story. It is terrible, not lit so you can't see it if you're watching TV at night in bed with the lights off. It makes it very difficult to change the channels and or settings. It gets locked up in the Cablevision guide and you can't get out. We wound up having to use our cable remote

This TV is great the picture is crisp and the different picture modes make it easy to watch TV shows and play video games. The HDR feature gives you a huge contrast between light and dark, which makes you think that you are actually at a hockey game instead of watching at home.

The TV is exactly as reviewed online by Consumer Reports etc. It has a very sharp picture and is easy to operate. The sound quality is great and very easy to understand for those of us a little older. It has a very sleek design which makes it less obtrusive in the room.

I bought this tv because I wanted a good hdr tv that would work with a ps4 pro. It does exactly that. It is a great tv for my games and for watching tv. Easy to navigate and its a smart tv. Along with that, the price is great. Awesome tv.

I'm upgrading my TV for my bedroom from an 8 y/o Samsung 1080p to this beauty. And let me tell you, this thing's picture is GORGEOUS!!!!! I haven't calibrated the color settings yet because I didn't have time last night, but the presets are already amazing. Comes with all the major streaming channels: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon and HBO Now. Hooked up my XBox One and PS4 and the upscaling is impressive. (I'm upgrading to XBox One S next month.) Skyrim has never looked so beautiful. If you're looking to upgrade your bedroom TV, or your kid's TV, you will not be disappointed. I'd give it 10 stars if it was possible. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Clear picture Smart features Huge Upgrade from my 32" Sony

The 4K picture on this set is amazing and at this price point I couldn't be happier. So thankful there is at least once choice for a quality 4K set in the 40" size. I do wish inputting username and sign up process was easier as arrowing thru to put in all those letters/digits/numbers is cumbersome.

The picture is very clear and bright. I am using this TV with antenna and the tuner is very good. The only downside is that the remote is not intuitive, lacks buttons, and the navigation is difficult. You can get to where you want to go, but it will take a couple of tries or just more clicks.

Are you kidding me .... best investment ever. Great picture quality, ease of use and set up. The only problem would be setting up my SAMSUNG account .... because it was a pre-owned its hard to delete prior info.

Love it, smart tv allows for streaming. Color spectacular. Bought as a store display which is great because saved money but there was no remote. Got a remote on eBay for $15. Everything is great.

The picture is sharp, and the apps are easy to negotiate. An all-around good TV. The color or sharpness, though, seems to vary. Sitting close to the TV makes the contrast seem strange. The Samsung remote was hard for me to master on certain apps, like Netflix and Amazon.

I did my home work about purchasing this tv UN40KU7000FXZA (K denotes 2016 model , "J=2015 model) is great what's HDR you ask ? It's $200 bucks more is what HDR is so just get it you cheap skate and thank me later The smart app works great my 6yo kid can operate it and loves it . Some other brands suck because the apps and interface are dumb some other brands TV's don't come with remotes and you gota mirror a device like a tablet and you and your kids will go nuts so get the samsung. I bought the tv online without watching that model with confidence based on the specs and reviews , that this TV's the Shizzle my nizzles Samsung is best brand tv currently

I purchase this as a replacement for an older television. Great picture quality. Quite a difference from the older set. Set up was simple and we were watching in just a few minutes.

Super nice tv glad i bought it. 4K with HDR makes everything so much nicer! Dont let anyone tell you 40" tv that is 4k with hdr is a waste. Perfect size in bedroom and it rocks!
