Happy with the tv picture. Sound is just ok. Sometimes the remote doesn't work until I take the cover off at twist the batteries. I changed the batteries and it still happens occasionally.

This is a really great purchase. The picture is good and it is very user friendly it was an easy set up well worth the mpeny

Absolutely no complaints about the tv, but wish the remote had more options. The ultra HD is amazing and I'm looking forward to buying another (this one went to college with the daughter).

This Tv is amazing right out of the box. The Smart Hub feature is perfect, the picture quality is amazing, and the speakers are the best I've heard from a flat screen TV. Also the remote is really cool, not sure if its for everyone but a perfect little remote.

Gorgeous TV once out the box and hanging on the wall. Very easy to setup and wall mount. Thin chrome looking bezel make sit even more attractive than other tv's in the same size range.

I like the tv and set up was easy. It takes a while to get use to the menu. The only thing I don't like is the remote control.It's small and black making it hard to see in low light

This TV replaced a 10-year old Panasonic flat screen that functioned very well but needed to be replaced. The new Samsung 40-in UHD TV is a great replacement functionally and aesthetically. Great picture, tons of options and more. My biggest complaint is that it is often difficult to find out how things work (even simple things like volume control) and they are not always intuitive. However, time, patience and trial and error have solved most of these problems. All in all, I am happy with my new TV and have no real regrets.

My sister and I went into Best Buy just to look for tv for her room. We came out with purchasing one at the end of our visit with added things. The quality of the television that we purchased was remarkable and the help that we had gotten from the associates were great. They answered all of our question with great detail in a way that we would understand but most importantly, in a way for my sister to understand. In all the quality of the tv is great and with the price, no other competitor could beat it.

I originally bought this size TV because it fits in our living room cabinet. I don't know if it is the 4K or the 120Hz refresh rate but it looks very sharp and clear compared to the older LG it replaced. I'll likely replace our theater room screen with its big brother when the time comes.

We bought this for my mother. She enjoys the clarity, but the colors are what make the difference. Would definitely buy again.

The 4K is impressive with Xbox One gaming and the Bluerays come in super crisp. Defiantly the best choice for the price.

I mostly watch football games and Netflix as well as play games on the X Box One. This is my first 4K television and I was not disappointed. Great colors and sharpness even on older programs on Netflix. It also has ample inputs for my needs. The remote was much different than I was used to (not many buttons), but was easy to use. The "Home" button on the remote takes me to all the smart apps and makes it easy to change from one input to another, be it Netflix, X-Box or the cable box.

Meets all my expectations for TV viewing! Great color and all the options are easy to use. This is tops in my opinion.

Good picture. The smart internet apps are easy to use. However, I have a problem with connecting to Vudu. Samsung blames Vudu, Vudu blames Samsung. Otherwise this is a good tv.

It was purchased for my son as an extra for just gaming. The set up was easy and the picture is great! He loves it!

We purchased this TV in order to stream movies and TV series. The clarity and definition are fabulous. We have experienced no problems or issues since purchasing it over a year ago. It was a bit of a challenge to get the hang of using the remote for streaming, but the Geek who came to set up the TV gave us a thorough tutorial and was gracious about my taking notes and then running back through all the operations to make sure I had it right. Most appreciated.

I'm really not that into tv's, nor so I know much about them, but this tv is great. Great picture and Xbox one looks awesome on it as well. Great quality for the price.
