Our tv went bad and had to get another one. I asked the sales person "Tyler" to assist me. I needed a tv that was easy to use. This tv was perfect. Being the "smart" tv, I do not have to have a modem for our Netflix and the tv will work will our cable provider. Love it. Great picture

This tv has some really great features and I really like the clarity of the picture. While there's not a ton of 4k content out there, the shows that are in 4k look really cool! The remote is kinda strange but I was able to get used to it pretty easily. Overall. this is a really cool tv!

I was able to put the legs on in five minutes, connect to the internet easily, and adjust my settings very easily, You hardly need to read the instructions to figure everything out. I have 5 Samsung TVs now, all with similar remotes that are very easy to use.

Pros: - Good picture quality - Really fast (especially for Smart features) Cons: - Few apps availability (To be fair they are getting added incrementally, but basic apps like BBC, Local News channels are missing) - Sound quality is average

It is the series 6 Samsung television so it is the lower end 4k televisions that they have available, but it is still pretty good. Great picture, great color, even though it doesn't have true HDR. I love how it can Auto detect inputs and the remote's super minimalist and easy to use. Unfortunately doesn't have some apps like Twitch or Crunchyroll but that's fine.

I made a great choice making this my first 4k tv, I just wish it had 4 hdmi ports like last year's model. This is a great choice if you are looking to buy a 40 inch, but I suggest geting a 50 inch if you want the true 4k experience, because anything smaller will not be noticeable much!

It's easily conecteted to everything, I stream using my laptop and phone all of the time

Finally upgraded our service to HD so went with the Samsung 4K, not top of the line but a great TV for the price. Took awhile to get used to the funky new remote but once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy. We also didn't realize we needed a certain HDMI cable to get the best picture possible (new to this) so after we hooked that up it does have a great picture.

only complaint is the remote but its still a good tv! it looks great!

I've had the TV for less than a month, the picture is extremely crisp especially while watching in 4K and I have yet to see any lag while streaming. Overall very happy with this TV and would definitely buy it again!

This TV meets our needs ideally. It's a great size that fits into our large entertainment cabinet from the tube TV era. Very sharp picture and smart TV capability. It's actually a larger screen than the old tube tv we once had in the same cabinet. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this television for my bedroom because my blueray DVD player was difficult to pull up netflix and other options that I wanted to view. Now its simple and easy to watch whatever I want from youtube, netflix, and amazon videos. The remote also works with my verizon cable.

Samsung is my preferred brand for televisions and this one does not disappoint. The picture quality is great and the remote is so small with only the essential buttons. Samsung did a good job with this television.

Wonderful TV. Picture is great. I like the remote very much -switches my cable box much better than my cable remote. There are no controls on the TV itself, so I would recommend buying a spare remote on eBay. Internet access, Netflix work great with my wireless system.
