Love the picture and the ease of use of the remote on the product!

This is the second one I purchased from Best Buy. The first one is in the sun room this one for my bedroom. Brilliant picture and features. This one has better sound than the older one in the sunroom. For what ever problems Samsung may have they make fabulous tv's.

This TV was chosen mostly due to its size and form factor. It will occasionally have hiccups and lag in the UI but nothing deal breaking. The picture looks good... and it can reach a volume of sound on the realm of overbearing. Hooks up to the game console and the PC quite nicely. The controller took me aback but is a nifty little thing. It's alright.

Decided to upgrade from a 32 inch LED to a bigger and smart tv. The price at Best Buy was excellent and it set up real easy and now that I have the hang of the little remote it is real easy to use. Excellent picture considering its my bedroom tv and not my main one.

The picture on this tv is excellent. I had to turn off the eco setting because it kept the screen way too dark. The remote requires a bit of a learning curve since there are relatively few buttons, leaving most of the actual selections to be made on the screen. (Thankfully my older tv is a Samsung so its remote as well as my Dish Network remote work with this tv.) The sound is okay, but like all tv's it is helped by a better sound system. I have it connected to my stereo, using the Optical out from the tv to a digital to analog converter that can provide the left and right analog signal my older stereo needs. A sound bar or modern surround sound receiver with optical audio inputs would help greatly. (Just make sure to set the HDMI Audio Format to PCM (found under Sound, Expert Settings) or else you will only hear noise. The only disappointment so far is that the tv will recognize my Chromecast correctly but not my Roku 3. Not a big deal, though. It plays the files from the Roku just fine. Once in awhile I can detect pixelation or "tearing" in the image while watching sports. Since this a relatively lower priced 4K tv, I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I was at first. Most of the time I don't notice it.

Had an older Samsung TV and as soon as we saw the quality of this one, my wife and I decided to watch some 4k roller coaster footage. So crazy awesome. The best part is I can access Netflix and Pandora EZ.

Awesome T.V. My son had a list of certain ones that worked playing an Xbox. He said it is awesome. The only frustrating thing is it was 100 cheaper one day before. We did get a small price match. But what is weird is the t.v. Went up in price after the holidays.

Upgraded from my Sony and this TV has not disappointed! Great color, great picture, and the smart features are responsive and easy to use. Looking forward to hooking up my Ps4 pro to it on release day.

My space was limited, so I stayed with the 40: screen. I was pleasantly surprised at the picture quality. All the HD programs look as if you are looking through an open window viewing the people in the next room. Looks more like an on stage live performance. Sound quality is a good as my previous sound system. So far I am very satisfied.

I purchased the previous model or equivalent, was dissatisfied with that one but Samsung seems back on point with this one. Great picture and upgraded quality of lesser format movies. Good price too in middle of road not able to spend $2000 for Samsung Top Model.

I would recommend this tv without exception. Easy to removed from the box and assemble, and I am 82 years old! I followed the directions and when I turned it on for the first time, it was perfect. Sound is great. Your salesperson did not lead us astray. RJS

So glad I finally purchased this. Read tons of reviews n' this one was the winner. Easy to set up. This is my first flat screen. Hubby had gotten a Samsung some 5 or 6 yrs ago and the picture is amazing. I wanted the same. Perfect television viewing for me.

Beautiful picture and sound. Very easy remote to operate.

This is a very nice T.V., appropriate for those areas where someone may need a size that is not too big or too small for comfortable viewing. Samsung has always had clear pictures that are not a strain on the eyes. Sound is very nice, not requiring an extra sound bar unless that is a person's personal preference for "More." Very nice T.V.

I use this TV as a third monitor set at very high resolution via the HD input and it works great. I could not be happier.

Great price on this t.v. is what drew me in. I wanted to try a 4k tv without breaking the bank. I have this paired with my xbox one s and I love it. Setup was easy and the remote works great when you get used to it. Give it a try you won't be disappointed.

Samsung and bestbuy never let me down on quality and price , this tv has incredible picture vibrant colors and is a perfect 4k tv for the price , smart tv is easy to use and setup ,the remote is perfect one of samsungs better remotes and this is my 8th Samsung smart tv , thank you Samsung and thank you bestbuy keep up the great work

I've had my issues with Samsung TV's both good and bad. Through it all I've remained loyal to the brand and bought this most recent TV. This TV has a great picture really crisp and clear. It also has easy to use access to smart tv. Sound isn't the best, I bought a Sound Bar. Other than that the TV is a great overall value for the price.
