simple to setup and start using within minutes. Very nice clarity and the sound is such that you really do not need extra speakers

I wanted a larger TV for the bedroom. I decided to spend a little extra and go for 4k, glad I did. Samsung always has a great picture.

Continuing problem with syncing audio with video. Adjusting both set and c able box makes sync better still does not fully compensate for latency. This has been an issue ever since digital transmissions started in 1996 and still cannot get completely solved. Issues in full chain of transmission delivery and has gotten better but now still varies with each set-cable box. Guess have to live with it but it is a shame. of course digital is better pix quality under most conditions but as far as audio/video sync-- Analog worked better.

The marketing concept of the smart TV is overdone. Hence, my criticism is not addressed to the company called Samsung. The total disappointment is in this new computer combined feature. It is a must to have all ingredients that are compatible such as a keyboard and mouse to work as a regular computer in PC mode. It appears one needs to have specifically a Samsung keyboard and mouse, that being an extra two hundred dollars, otherwise one is driven to sail in a cumbersome way entering data via the remote. I was hugely bummed out that ordering products over the Internet is not supported yet. No sense in shopping along the cyberspace. Research often requires a purchase, anyone that thinks there is full power of the desk model or laptop computer will be disappointed. The genre of the smart TV is a dumb down, rather than being upward and smart. The antenna TV approach is constantly hungry for updates that should be engineered or buffered in the background. In most viewing the picture quality is good though finding the need to always be in dynamic mode for viewing. Setting up a streaming picture needs to be perfected to prevent drop off and pixilation with freezing frames happening too much. Movies are a surprise example, like buying an Amazon movie, where your movie is yours, yet stuck in the “third party feature “; MBA’s call the cloud. Here, in the Amazon a file where your movie always needs to be downloaded from Amazon. So, if you want to do some movie swapping or trading movies, it does not seem to be possible in this new (MBA) market approach. The sneaky billionaire plan prevents anyone from trading, swapping or lending movies.

TV was easy to set up, picture is great. Would recommend to those who feel technologically challenged-set up in less than 1/2 hour
