Excellent TV with breathtaking picture clarity

I so appreciate being able to use the internet as well as watch my favorite shows with efficient, almost instant access. The staff at Best Buy was most helpful in describing the many amenities of this incredible electronic device. I am very pleased.

We returned it, Best Buy was excellent in offering a replacement. The unit we had purchased was not available any more, so the customer service agent suggest this one. I'm very satisfied with the unit.

Great Picture

Of course, the picture is much better. Since having it for a few months we have occasionally been frustrated with it freezing up while trying to switch from one program to another. The only fix is to unplug it from the outlet and then replug and restart. However, overall we like the smart tv features and are satisfied with it.

Replaced my first HD LCD Tv with this

It's very noticeably smaller. Still excellent picture, well thought out minimalist and highly functionally remote. Wish that the 43" had been available this will do though since primary tv is the 42" 3D HD in my bedroom.
