I'm not sure how we survived without a smart tv in the past. This is great! It's so much easier to get to movies and music on my tv. I love the simplicity of the remote and wish this tv came in a small enough size for my 90 year old grandmother, because even she would be able to work this tv.

Good all around picture and also really low input lag which is great for games

I purchased this TV online and when it showed up it had a completely cracked screen. Called Best Buy they told me I could take it back to any Best Buy store and exchange it. One of the smoothest exchanges I have ever had. No arguing, no excuses, just exchanged it for a new one. GREAT SERVICE.

This TV is a great for the money spent. Wish the volume was a little better.

Can't give the lower model 5 stars but for the money it is definitely a 4.

This was a great TV for the price, perhaps higher than the lesser brands, but I've never had any problems with Samsung. Picture on this TV is amazing, however the smart interface takes a bit of time to get used to. I'm used to more of a remote control, but it seems most new TVs are going to some sort of mobile interface or on-screen system for changing sources and settings.

Set up was easy. good picture quality. worked well with my existing equipment

We love this TV , it has several great features , such as the smart remote with runs everything including my dvd player , cable box , and my fire stick. We also like all the smart features such as Netflix , and with the Google Play Store you can add most anything you want. Thank You

Great tv for the bedroom. For not having HDR still gets a great picture.

We got this as a TV for the bedroom and were looking at something to deliver a great 4k picture like our primary TV. We were very impressed with the quality and value of this TV. Very good built-in apps that actually run faster than my 60" 8000 series Samsung. Go figure, but so awesome!

I've owned this TV for several months now. I"m very happy with the color reproduction and the backlighting. I'm using it as a computer monitor so I have all the image processing features turned off. I was so pleased with it in fact I bought a 65" of the same model for my living room.

I went in Looking for a different TV on sale and the salesman showed me this Samsung which is a way better TV and it was the Same price as the one on sale and is a higher quality TV. The salesman made my shopping experience so good that I buy anything I can at Best Buy Now!!!!

This was a gift. Purchase price was reasonable and TV was good quality.
