We bought this for an upstairs bedroom, so it's rarely used. But if the wife wants to watch anything but Gotham, well, it's used! We used MOCA 2.0 to network the TV, and so can watch our home photos and videos, 100% compatible, all codecs..But that's Samsung for you!

The picture on this TV is very good, and the sound is also decent.

I bought this tv because it fit my price range for a 4K UHD. I honestly wish I would have saved and gotten a bigger screen but this will do for the time being. The only other negative is the lack of HD slots. My older model 32" has 5, and this new model only has 3.

Good TV, color reproduction is solid, ghosting is virtually non existent, and no dead pixels. One con would be the "smart" tv aspect, the netflix pandora and amazon apps are sporadic and inconsistent in their functioning. Sometimes it works sometimes it does not.

I wanted this size and definition, but didn't exactly want the Smart TV functions. But now that I've had it for a month and change, it was worth it. I purchased the open box excellent and it is just like a brand new one, but without the $40 difference in price.

Like all the features. Very versatile TV with a great picture.

I like the tv, the HD is pretty decent, my apps do tend to stall at times, and I dont like how the support on the TV tends to lean forward too much. The screws are way too weak to support the TV. My TV is not mounted so the stand it comes with seems to be an afterthought, as most people mount their flat screens. Otherwise the TV is pretty good.

Going from 1080 to 4K as well as smart TV was extremely good

Grate TV for small space, good sound,good picture, good price

I ended up completing my purchase in customer service line with "Will". He had just been yelled at by another customer and he was so patient and tried to get the man to calm down. He finally came with what the man wanted and the man didn't even apologize. I thanked him for being so patient and keeping his cool and he was terrific and helpful.

So far, I am very happy with this purchase. I needed a new TV because mine had "bit the dust". After researching, Samsung had the best reviews, so I stayed with this brand. Aboslutely recommend this TV.

This is a great TV. We bought it for the bedroom so it had to fit in a cabinet (hence the size). Great color and easy to set up. We did take off the automatic room sensor as it was either too light or too dark - so now it's great. Can't go wrong with this TV.
