I am very pleased with my purchase of my new tv. Great UHD screen. Very crisp and clear! Love this tv!

I already had a Samsung TV 3 years old and works wonderfully. This is a nice addition to our family room. I may prefer the old remote, however.

I purchased this set as an upgrade to a Samsung model - it was a lower quality set. The resolution is wonderful - well worth the upgrade!

All my TV's are Samsung because of their quality. My only complaint about this model is the "Smart Remote". It's tiny and the buttons don't light up like other Samsung remotes (Specifically BN59-01223A)

Great universal television for gaming, movies, computer monitor with the 4k performance and a robust web browser for streaming without delays.

All 4K TV's are great. But this one has the best remote ever from Samsung. Even beats the 75" Samsung remote on an earlier purchase this year!

This is the 3rd Samsung TV in our home...We would buy nothing else...We needed a smaller Samsung for our master bedroom...The 40" was perfect.

This TV's motion rate is what sticks out for me. Being able to use the Smart features and view 4K content on Netflix is really convenient.

My only issue with it is when reading captions we can’t read words easily. We have a long livingroom. Otherwise great!

The TV works fine, but if you are not skilled with electronic connections, there's not enough information included. Was difficult to get assistance.

My Samsung 40' tv died and I needed a replacement. I went to the Best Buy website and found this one. It's a great replacement and 4K too.

I received this Samsung TV as a Christmas gift. What a wonderful surprise. It is so great! it is replacing a very small 25 year old set.

The picture on the set is beautiful but I wish I had bought something else. Basically, this product is an example of trying to be too-smart for it's own good. If you have simple needs, like wanting to connect a cable/satellite box to it and maybe a BlueRay/DVD player this product should work fine for you. It's actually better suited for a SINGLE device though since switching between the 3 HDMI connections with the dumbed down remote requires you to navigate around in the menus for something that should be a simple button press. Also, if you want to connect a PC to it this smart TV doesn't even have that option as a device in it's "smart" menus. It'll work but trying to switch around between a set top box and a PC was just a pain. The remote doesn't help either as I was stunned to discover it has no input selector even on it. I haven't seen a remote this stripped down since the 1980's maybe. It's really a navigational device to access the menus. I found selecting between 3 devices so frustrating I had to buy a AV receiver to switch between them and use a single HDMI port to the TV. Even then I had some issues with it insisting that I identify something it considered "new". I think maybe I finally turned off all of the HDMI "smart" features and I can swap inputs with the receiver now. In summary - if you only need to connect a cable/sat connection this set should be great for you, even if you watch the occasional BlueRay/DVD switching to use it should be fine. If you have greater needs find something else that doesn't insist you identify connected devices and something with a real remote, not a navigational device. Hard to believe Samsung made something so constraining and demanding. This set is just trying to be too "smart" for it's own good.

Have had this television for over a year and it is still going strong. No pixels have been lost and the 4K resolution is great.

After research I chose this model from the open box option as I felt I got the most for my money within my price range. The product meets and exceeds my expectations. The included remote does not.

This TV is pretty awesome! Can't wait to get a bigger one to replace my current living room tv! Replacing everything with Samsung products

Samsung products are of top quality and we will always buy that brand from now on. Everyone at Best Buy were very professional and nice.

The 4K resolution capability seems to make all lesser resolutuons look great. Movies from any source are outstanding. Glad we bought it.

Not sure if everyone wants a Smart TV with surveillance concerns growing or needs 4K since not that much is available on 4K, but aside from that this is a very nice product at a fair price.
