There is a learning curve if you are switching from a ROKU device. That said, I now consider myself an expert on this smart device because the memory of the device is so small that I have had to delete apps and add them again several times to get the device to stream. Every time you add an app, you must go to the trouble of reregistering it. Yesterday, the device was so bad, I had to do a factory reset and start from scratch and I have only had the device a little over 4 months. Another issue is that a sound lag develops after streaming for a few hours and there are no adjustments to resolve it. You have to turn the tv off and restart the app. I would not purchase this device again and will probably need to buy a ROKU to plug into this device and use that instead of using the apps through the tv. The device does have a good picture and the sound is crystal clear, which is great if you don't mind the sound not being in sync with the action.

It has movies and all the movies on it like Netflix and hulu. Easy to set up and light to handle. Picture is clear and bright.

Great tv picture is amazing apps work fast great price

We purchased this television for our guest bedroom. The smart feature makes it ideal as we do not have a cable connection in the room and do not see the need for one given how infrequently it is used. We are able to stream all of our platforms with ease. The picture and sound are amazing. In my experience, many smaller televisions suffer from sound quality as a result of the compact size. We have this mounted on the wall and the sound quality is exceptional. Perfect television for our needs.

Nice TV purchased for my family room after researching other sets this size - not too big to fit inside the cabinet space. Nice punchy picture with more color saturation than the tv it replaced. I did need to make some settings tweaks with a calibration disc to achieve better flesh tones and turn off the contrast enhancement but very pleased with picture. Remote/apps access menu not intuitive but I suppose it’s something I just need to get used to.

Nice TV got it to replacement for bedroom tv. Good sound and picture, can't go wrong with Samsung TV. Little minor issues ;Sometime picture look washout, I am not sure if it show/movie colors or TV trying to adjust colors and over adjust it. Not enough to be an issue. Overall really good TV for price we paid at Bestbuy. PS: I like when you turn it off, it does old tube style TV, with picture goes to single line in center and goes to point. I am old.

Perfect bedroom tv. Very lightweight, Super easy set up, great picture, good sound and can't beat the price. It even comes with step-by-by on screen prompts to pair your tv to your cable remote. (NO MORE looking up codes in a microscopic book) Highly recommend!!

The TV itself, as the Open Box "excellent" condition, is great value. The 3 stars is for Best Buy and would be less if I could just review them. This "excellent" condition TV has missing black bezel material at the top of the TV, allowing extensive backlight bleed. Additionally, should have come shipped with every part but was missing screws for the legs and cover plates for the legs. Very disappointed with Best Buy; buyer beware buying Open Box defined as "excellent" from them.

The color and sound are great. The picture goes very close to the edge. The TV is free standing on top of a tall chest of drawers and we don't worry about balance. There are a ton of stations that come with Samsung Smart. Very pleased with the purchase.

This TV has a great picture and sound. Love all the added apps that our old TV didn't have. It is also much lighter to carry and hang on the wall than the last TV we had. The remote is so simple and works with all the streaming services. The size is perfect for our New York City apartment. The home function is great because you can get to all the necessary functions that way. Best Buy pick up was so quick and easy and the reps on 23rd street were so nice and friendly.

My second purchase of this model. Easy set up. “Smart” features easy to navigate. Great price.

Bought this as a gift for my parents. I set it up and it as a breeze, easy to connect to WFI and Direct TV box. The color is great and the best remote that is easy to use and bigger size than my 60 inch Samsung TV remote

Got this television during the Holiday sale. I put it in my grandkids bedroom and they love it. Fits perfectly in the entertainment center and has a great picture. The remote is very user friendly. And like the fact that it can connect to all my other Samsung devices and I program all of them at one time.

Samsung makes a very good tv. I use this tv as a tailgating tv on football Sunday. It is light, requires no setup, picture is very good, bluetooth pair works well, and the price was fantastic.

I bought this TV to replace the TV in my bedroom since it decided to go out. I set it up which was flawless since I have alot of Samsung electronics. The remote is okay I wish there was a spot to access the sleep timer without having to go through the settings. The picture is good and the sound as well. The only complaint is the remote not having a sleep button. You can access the sleep timer through settings just kind of a pain.

I love my Samsung TV. It was an unexpected purchase as my other TV quit on me. I am happy with this new one

The TV has very good picture quality for a 1080p HD. The model is a few years old so the interface is not up to date but it still is easy to use. The remote features are good and I do appreciate still having a full keypad on it. Good choice of TV for the money.
