This is a great TV. A great picture and a great price. I have one small problem that I will be calling Samsung about. Occasionally the TV won’t turn on. I have to unplug it and replug it and then it will turn on. It is a nuisance but not a reason to return the TV.

Very easy setup and simple to use. I wish the controller buttons would light up.

Excellent picture and sound. I've never had a flat-screen TV in my bedroom. This fits perfectly, and I have enjoyed being able to watch TV with a clear and sharp picture.

Vey good mid-sized tv. I don’t use the smart aspect of this tv. Samsung isn’t good about updating to the latest version of an app. I use an Apple TV instead. As far as the quality of the picture, it’s very nice for a 1080p tv. I own a prior version of the 5200 model. The older version is thinner with smaller bezels. But was more expensive. For a bedroom or smaller room this tv is great as long as you are in front of the screen. Off axis image washes out quickly.

So far I'm pleased with this TV. I'm hoping to get resolution to needing 2 remotes. Sound may be an issue with provider, but it can be at 10 -12 & later or on certain channels needs to be set to 40 or more. Seems crazy!

This is a great TV for the money. The picture is great. Set up was easy.

Good picture and the right size for my needs. Easy enough to put together (attach feet for it to stand) and set up (scan for channels).

I actually returned the TV. Great picture, but I am not a big fan of the menu on searching for streaming services. It is full of Samsung options. I want to get to my local tv provider, Netflix, Disney without all the other fluff being pushed on the screen. Best Buy made it simple to purchase and bring it to my car. The quality and Best Buy service are why I am giving it four stars.

This is my first Smart TV. The picture is great, and the sound is very good. I am still learning ho it works, but when setting it up i was amazed that the television knew my router. It was a very good buy.

Nice TV with good picture. Samsung has always been the best TV. Tried another brand and could kick myself for it. It was 65 inch and horrible, pixels went out after the 12 months so just stuck with an $1100 TV worth crap.Will never buy any other brand again. Will stick with Samsung
