Was looking for a smart tv that was a Samsung. Got it for $150 (I think it was a holiday special). Plus free shipping, I jumped on it! Now it’s $200. I would still buy it. Was super simple to put the stand on and to get working. The only thing i didn’t like was when setting up the smart tv, you have to log into Your Samsung account, or sign up if you don’t have one, is there no more privacy?

My review is directly related to the great service I received from installer Junior. (Danbury store 12/29/2020) Not only did he have to assist and help problem solve as I was sold an incompatible television to work along with HULU,he returned the television , and the next day brought the new one to me. I was able to share an skew number with him and purchase from my home ,therefore allowing him to obtain the next television the very next day . He installed it to the wall and set up was fantastic. Junior thought out of the box , took time to call SAMSUNG himself and through troubleshooting finally being told this SAMSUNG television was no longer aligned with HULU. Why the sales girl would not have known that or asked what we required from the product is now seen as a costly error. I had no idea that all products would not be compatible and most definitely relied on sales to inform of a correct purchase. Please share a big thank you to Junior from myself and my family

Bought this TV to use with a 12'' laptop so I could work from home as I have to be able to look at plant blue prints. This has worked great as a monitor. I was also surprised at what it could do as a TV and access the internet on its own. I've been very impressed as I'm old school and still have CRT TV's.

Very pleased with this Samsung TV. Clear picture. Fast response with channel changes. Just wish Samsung would figure out how to put the sound in front.
