Best Buy dis an excellent job installing and mounting my new Samsung 55” tv on the wall above my fireplace. I love my new Samsung 55” flat screen tv which replaced my old Samsung 50” flat screen which I purchase at Best Buy about 15 years ago. The new Samsung tv” is more thin and sleek and the picture is fantastic.

Haven't set the tv up yet. However, I chose Samsung based on past experience and reputation so I expect zero issues. The purchase and delivery was a breeze! Bought this for the gym area in the garage along with a 65" for the living room. Both arrive earlier than anticipated in excellent condition.

I recently bought a 32in Samsung and it was too small. i exchanged it for a 40in and it the size was perfect. Picture quality is excellent and I can download alot of apps that I wasnt able to download on the previous TV. I was so excited to be able to get STARZ. It fits perfectly on my 31 inch dresser. Over all its a great television and i highly recommend.

Very nice tv light weight but strong has beautiful picture

Excellent TV. We bought this for my wife's mother who was having trouble with her TV. She spends a lot of time watching TV and the picture is crystal clear. I set it up for her and easy to get it working. I thought we received a very competitive price which is why we normally shop at Best Buy for electronics and appliances.

We purchased this Samsung LED 5 Series - 1080p for Christmas. Picture is great, Easy to set up - everything works well, except.... Can't get the sound to work through the Verizon remote. Tried everything and the sound can only be adjusted with the Samsung remote - it does take away from the overall experience. Price was ideal, plus as a Best Buy member had a $15 credit so overall excellent value.
