This is a long story. The important part is that a store manager and Geek squad members delivered on excellent service and restored our confidence in Best Buy as a trusted source for products. The new TV works well and we are glad we could upgrade to a larger set than we originally selected

Bought this for my daughter's college apartment. I've had great luck with Samsung TVs. It was easy to set up. The picture quality is great and I'm glad I went with this tv instead of a cheaper, lesser-known, brand. It's a perfect size(40-inch screen) for the small room (not too big, not too small).

Great TV.. fits well in my small den. The clarity and sound are terrific. The geek squad came over and did all the installation on my wall, The sales person was very helpful and helped me make the right decision in the TV that I bought. I have always bought Samsung products and have never had any kind of problem.

I love Samsung but i have given tbem bad reviews before. However is this case everything seems good. The picture is good the sound is okay. We got this "smart" TV to replace an old "dumb" tv for my mom so it was easier to get to the streaming services. She has gotten used to it without problems

First ordered 32inch Samsung, but was unhappy with size, picture & no frame. Ordered 40 inch & cannot say enough good things about this TV. Love quality of picture,& easily adapted to my internet service. Also happy with frame around picture. Definitely recommend. P.s. best buy had best price, compared to other companies.

The purchase was relatively easy. However, the store I visited did not have the item I was wanting to purchase and they had multiple problems processing my application. I was subsequently approved and had to go to another location to pick up tv. Initially, the tv had a beautiful picture, but have discovered when I try to watch in the evening, the picture fades and is almost impossible to watch in the evening. I have tried several fixes for the problem, but so far nothing has worked.

This tv has an excellent picture. Very happy with it. It replaces another smaller Samsung model which I was also happy with but I could not get one of my streaming services on it. This one works with an antenna and wi-fi to get everything I need.
