Bought one for myself a month ago and when my mom wanted one, we went out and bought another one. My mother is older and with minimum tutorial from me, she is able to navigate the tv between apps and regular tv. Very user friendly! Highly recommend!

Lightweight, easy to mount, and easy to set up. I had this out of the box, mounted, and accessing videos on my pc in about 30 minutes, but 20 minutes of that was finding out how to get my pc to share the videos and applying that knowledge to my pc. The TV was simple though. Great color and clarity on the tv, and the menus were pretty easy to understand too. Sound was good, but I like it really loud, so a sound bar is probably in order for me.

Got this for my wife. She loves it, especially the free Samsung TV channels. Sound is amazing and picture is great too.

I'm new to Samsung smart TV's. The picture sharp and colors seem true to life. My only objection is what, to me, is the delay when changing channels or functions. I probably just need to get used to it and I will probably find it to be fine over time.

Great set. Very easy to link to my home network, great picture and sound Perfect for it is intended use in my bedroom. 40" is PERFECT size for my bedroom. Used a wireless cable box from Xfinity and I can watch any show recorded on the main cable box.

We have several of these 5 series that we are currently using in our primary and secondary homes. The picture quality is excellent and you can have it unboxed and watching you favorite shows or surfing the internet in minutes. High recommend the 5 series if you can still find them available..

Omg FANTASTIC! I was so surprised, I had no idea what this tv could do!!! Last tv I bought, 27", just did tv. This thing does so much more!!!! I have fun discovering what else is here! The picture and sound are amazing, and it's nice to play games on a GOOD sized screen!!

Bought this Samsung 40" 5 series for a temporary housing situation and have to say I'm very impressed! Picture is really nice and clear as well as the sound. When my house is ready I'll be upgrading to a Q900 65" but this has worked well. Probably keep for garage in new home!

The Samsung TV proved to be everything we hoped for. Its picture and sound are great, and so far, we have had no issues with it. The Tech Squad installation was also great.

I am an Asset Manager, so I needed a TV for my office that could stream live in order to watch the stock market and other relevant business channels. The TV was very easy to set up and operate and has everything I needed to stream built in. Excellent value for the price.

Great value for the money. The app software is last gen, so it lags a little bit, but it’s not enough to be annoying (I just notice it because I have a current gen of a Samsung). Good picture, solid sound; I have it in my bedroom and it’s perfect.

We had a Samsung 40 inch over 15 years .We plan on replacing it , with a smart Samsung TV. My wife and I believe the Samsung products are of excellent quality. Thank you for having an excellent technical and sales force. My last purchase was a match price .

Television picture quality is excellent. Brightness level is very good. Speaker/volume is good.

Bought this for my mother for christmas to fit in a TV stand cabinet. Found this to be perfect size with about 3/8" to spare on each side. Crisp picture and the main thing is that she really likes it. So far so good! Will keep informed on how the tv holds up.
