I bought this television for my daughter because her tv was old. We love it! The picture is amazing, the sound is awesome and most of all the price was thumbs up! I wanted to buy a second one for my living room but it became unavailable by the time I went back online

I bought this smart 4K tv for my 8 year old daughter and she loves it. It comes with lots of downloaded apps like Netflix, Hulu and prime video. The picture is great and sound quality is excellent for a small size bedroom. Most definitely recommend.

I have been a Samsung person for several years now. This 5 Series has a great picture. One feature I really like is the built in antenna. It does a great job picking up the local channels.

Must look straight on to get the optional quality/no angles. Plus, the picture brightness levels with the automatic up/down (ambient lighting) based on room brightness are lacking - I turned it off. Picture upgrades with the video engine are OK, but the brightness is sometimes over the top.

I am so pleased with this purchase. It is for a guest bedroom/ get away room. The colors and screen definition is amazing. It has so much stuff I haven't figured it all out yet. 40 " is perfect for this room. It was a great buy. I have told everyone about it.

set up was complicated but well documented. very difficult to get info in store, one pushy woman monopolized the sales staff. We really like the tv and have only begun to use the smart tv features. We were unable to get the demo tv in the store to be powered up but another customer with the model we were interested in was a great help.

Christmas present for Husband, new bdrm tv. It has a beautiful picture. Only complaint is power plug is difficult to plug into back of TV, falls out if not in properly

I always purchased Samsung TV's cause of the clear picture. Great size and mounted on the wall makes the bedroom feel more cozy. The screen has a clear picture and just amazing! I'm gonna purchase another one

I was so elated when I saw this on sale in December. My mom has been wanting to upgrade to a smart tv . Thanks to the sale I was able to get it for her for Christmas . She was so surprised and appreciative . She loves it and had been enjoying it in her room ever since.

Purchased this tv because of the brand and price was in my budget. I have it in my bedroom and the quality of the picture is A plus. I hooked it up with the Roku. Very easy installation and a perfect 40 inch size view. It has many other features.

Have this in our bedroom on a jewerly stand. It's light enough with a separate stand to hold it securely.

I am definitely a Samsung woman I love this TV it's clear the colors are beautiful everything about it is great because it was even so easy to set up which normally nowadays the smart TVs aren't that easy to set up at this was I am so glad I got it and at a fabulous price

TV is good quality picture and a great value. The speakers are not top notice quality but perfectly ok. After almost of year of owning it the speakers have a strange buzz in the sounds when there are very deep bass sounds or special effect sounds that are very deep.

Bought this TV for my daughter's room. You only have to attach the feet to the bottom of the TV and place the batteries in the remote control. The image is beautiful and the TV is just the perfect size for a bedroom. Thank you Best Buy for another amazing deal!

Getting the TV was easy. The sales person was super-helpful. They even carried the TV to our car. Setting up the TV has been problematic. I had to download the Samsung SmartThings app, only to find my model was NOT among the ones supported. I selected for the clayiest number (N5100 vs. N5200.) The SmatThings app is very poorly done. Totally mystified that Samsung sells a model their app doesn't seem to support. We are having problems mating it with Comcast, not sure if the fault lies with Comcast or Samsung. The TV itself is great, but the experience has not been a good one. We can watch cable, but only with extra steps, juggling two remotes.
