Getting the TV was easy. The sales person was super-helpful. They even carried the TV to our car. Setting up the TV has been problematic. I had to download the Samsung SmartThings app, only to find my model was NOT among the ones supported. I selected for the clayiest number (N5100 vs. N5200.) The SmatThings app is very poorly done. Totally mystified that Samsung sells a model their app doesn't seem to support. We are having problems mating it with Comcast, not sure if the fault lies with Comcast or Samsung. The TV itself is great, but the experience has not been a good one. We can watch cable, but only with extra steps, juggling two remotes.

Great picture. It’s a 40” tv, but the design is a fraction smaller which was perfect for the location I was going to put it. Would recommend.

set up was complicated but well documented. very difficult to get info in store, one pushy woman monopolized the sales staff. We really like the tv and have only begun to use the smart tv features. We were unable to get the demo tv in the store to be powered up but another customer with the model we were interested in was a great help.

Second Samsung tv. Always a good deal and always a great picture.

Good Smart TV. Some of the plastic didn't come off on the edge when I was hooking up and cant get it to come off but does not affect picture. Seems to have pretty clear picture. Easy to use and set up for the most part.

I am so pleased with this purchase. It is for a guest bedroom/ get away room. The colors and screen definition is amazing. It has so much stuff I haven't figured it all out yet. 40 " is perfect for this room. It was a great buy. I have told everyone about it.

Purchased this tv because of the brand and price was in my budget. I have it in my bedroom and the quality of the picture is A plus. I hooked it up with the Roku. Very easy installation and a perfect 40 inch size view. It has many other features.

Fairly easy to set up. Great screen detail and color. Great size for the bedroom. Not too big but not too small.

This is a great TV at this price point. Wanted a bigger TV in my bedroom, this did not disappoint. Clear quality picture and good sound. Happy with this purchase.

Great picture for the price. Geek Squad mounted the TV in a corner on the wall using a bracket, connected my new media player and set both electronics up. Best Buy and Geek Squad made the whole process simple and easy.

Great TV for the money. I have always liked Samsung products. I have a 55-inch I purchased from Best Buy.

Beautiful picture. Nice feature that adjusts the brightness according to room light. Great sound. Very happy with this purchase.

Pros: Very good picture quality for a HD TV in this price range. Sound is also pretty good. Cons: Do NOT buy this TV if you want to stream HULU w/o the need to add a ROKU or Fire TV Stick. This model comes with preloaded apps like Netflix, YouTubeTV, Disney, Amazon Prime and a few others. If your preferred streaming app isn't preloaded you cannot access it native through the TV. Also, the app loading time (e.g., YouTubeTV) is VERY SLOW so when you turn your TV on it may take up to a minute or two (or longer?) to view your app. Very frustrating to experience this since I have purchased earlier Samsung TV models and have NOT had any of these problems! You would think newer Samsung models would only support more features and apps and have a better streaming app viewing experience, NOT LESS features and WORSE viewing! Apparently Samsung is in some type of brawl with HULU, so if/when it ever gets resolved I suggest you steer clear of Samsung IF you want to watch HULU stream natively through this model TV. I bought this TV and now returning it for the above reasons.

I bought this tv for my older person friend and she loved this tv very much. Good picture and sound.

I was so elated when I saw this on sale in December. My mom has been wanting to upgrade to a smart tv . Thanks to the sale I was able to get it for her for Christmas . She was so surprised and appreciative . She loves it and had been enjoying it in her room ever since.

I always purchased Samsung TV's cause of the clear picture. Great size and mounted on the wall makes the bedroom feel more cozy. The screen has a clear picture and just amazing! I'm gonna purchase another one

Our Family room and basement tvs are Samsung so we wanted a Samsung for our bedroom. Great picture quality and sound. Not a fan of the way you need to access apps but we got used to it.
