Great picture for the price. Staff was very helpful in listening to what we needed not what we want. We felt good about our purchase because of the info provided to us while we shopped!

This was a Christmas gift for my niece, they were extremely pleased with it. I had all of the features that she was looking for. I wasn't sure what she wanted in a tv. It was the right size for her room and it had all the correct features that she needed to play her Wii and other games on the graffics were great

Great Picture and sound for a great price. Best choice for our guest bedroom. Really surprised on not needing a sound bar to hear the TV , my 32" sounded like a tin can compared to this.

Great TV, easy to set up. Sound quality is pretty good, but you may need to balance out the bass depending on what you are watching, ours was already audibly vibrating with the volume at level 20.

Got this tv as recommended through an employee at the store. Gave them my estimated size and price range and this unit hit the sweet spot. Works great and has excellent built in app.

I now own two of these TVs one in my bed room and one in my guest room. So far I am very happy with both!! I was looking for a smart TV to hook up the Xfinity app, Netflix and Hulu and was very easy to set up!

i got this for my mom for Christmas in 2019. she loved it. it was a perfect fit for her bedroom. great picture and sound and not too overwhelming as far as size and brightness go. she watches it every night.

Can’t go wrong with The quality and the price point

I first bought a lesser model 40 inch tv which I didn't like so I purchased this Samsung. It has performed as I had hoped with good picture quality and easy to use smart software. I did pair it with a sound bar (which was also very good) so can't comment on the TV's sound

Samsung makes great TVs & Best Buy has great prices, order fulfilment & customer service, even during the CoVid 19 restrictions. TV has brilliant picture quality, adequate sound & comes amply preloaded for a Smart TV.

Nice picture and sound. Every once in a while, the TV turns off on its own. Maybe it's part of some energy saving setting but I haven't bothered to look. So when it turns off, it's usually when I've just had it running the background while doing other things. I just turn it back on.

An excellent choice in this category -- basic 40" smart TV. Very good picture with a fast and easy-to-use OS. A good buy at $300, even better if you can get a price-match deal.

Great picture, the sound isn't the best (why we got a soundbar, also reviewed). Not the easiest to mount on the brackets (also reviewed) but they hold it up well with no issues thus far.

This tv has a very good picture, good contrast and good color representation. Hook-up and set-up were logical/user friendly. one observation would be that the viewing angle does not appear to be as wide as our other, older, Samsung television. May not has learned all the adjustment options yet to maximize.
