It’s a pretty nice TV way better than that I have before at my room

It was a reasonable price and a gift for my Mother. She just set it up and said that it looks wonderful! I heard great things about samsung so I am excited to experience owning one.

Excellent quality tv for the price point. 4K picture and easy to stream to. Typical Samsung remote and logic. Using in a secondary room and it’s perfect.

I love the TV! I would recommend it to anyone if it wasn't for one issue i had. The TV was advertised to have Hulu on it but it wasnt pre loaded for me. That didn't seem like a big deal at irst as I should've been able to download the app. Nope. It wasnt in the apps menu. I brought it into the store after I found a Samsung group online where one user of this same model had this issue nd they said that 2 different types were being distributed where one would show Hulu on the box and have it pre downloaded the other, aka mine, didnt have a Hulu icon on the box or the ability to download it. I made an appointment with Best Buy in hopes they could fix it but once again, nope. They did a reset and searched the appstore again. I now have to return or exchange my tv for a completely different one and have to pay the difference even though my original one was falsely advertised. I'm hoping to get Best Buy to pay the difference (if needed) as it was an inconvenience to me.

Good quality at a good price. Only wish there was the capability to get more apps. I have Altice and can’t get the Altice app so need to use my Apple TV with a smart tv. Defeats the purpose a bit.

Happy with this tv! The sound is so much better than our previous one, and really like Samsung tv. The remote is simple and not too big.

I only buy Samsung tvs and decided to get a smaller one to replace an ancient Sony that I've had for years. It was easy enough to set up and it's super light. I noticed immediately that the tv was not responsive to the remove. I was setting up the apps and the lag w the remote was painful. I read some other reviews that also complain about the same thing and they noted that the control is underneath the tv and if you point it directly there the lag is more tolerable. I haven't had much time to watch tv but the picture quality seems good. I am going to run it through a speaker b/c the sound quality is always hit or miss on these tvs. Surprised that this particular model was so different from the others.

Excellent Smart TV. Easy to bypass internet access if needed.

Beautiful picture quality wish I could have gotten this in a 4K but they didn’t have the 40inch in 4K and the larger one was just too big for the space I wanted it for

We needed this to replace an HD television that isn't a smart tv. The picture is beautiful! It comes with all kinds of apps, and you can additional ones. I just love it!

I bought this television as a replacement for another television that recently died. It has a crisp clear picture and is very bright. It came with a lot of useful apps pre-installed.

Got it open box for a good deal. Works great and is exactly what is expected for a 40” tv

Very happy with this TV! Does everything you would want a smart TV to do. Very easy setup. Used to have another brand of TV and now they are all Samsung. To top it off, I got it on sale!

I love this Television the larger screen helps me to see the screen without trying to squint. I love everything about it and the price was excellent.

Great picture, Sound and fast connectivity to wireless signal.
