Great picture, easy to use remote. We will add a sound bar. But the sound is actually pretty good for a flat screen TV.

I started buying Samsung tvs a few years ago because they are very efficient tvs and seem to have all the major apps installed, which include Spectrum cable. A lot of smart tvs cannot download and install Spectrum and if that is the case, then you're stuck buying a Firestick/Chormecast and then using extra electricity to run those. This Samsung tv has all the major streaming services pre-installed, so it works great if you want to stream channels. So if you buy cheaper brand tvs for streaming, chances are, you are going to spend more money in the short run and long run due to buying extra devices/and running them on electricity. Stick with Samsung and save money!

I only buy Samsung tvs. My grandparents tv broke so I gave them my smaller Samsung. Bought this bigger screen to replace it. Super pleased with how easy it was to set up also.

The tv was delivered with missing parts for the pedestals. It took several hours over the course of 2 days on the phone with Best Buy and Samsung to order the necessary parts. Best Buy was not at all interested in being helpful. Finally, a second phone call to Samsung yielded results: A patient, intelligent and understanding customer service rep in Singapore managed to have the missing parts and hardware delivered. No complaints about the electronics and design of the tv, but it took 3 weeks to actually be able to use it. I will recommend the product, below, but Best Buy gets low marks for accountability & service and Samsung gets low marks for original packing, but high marks for accountability.

I thought it was a great buy for a Samsung although I still think my LG has a better picture! We got it for our guest room so we weren't looking to spend very much money. The reason we got a 40 inch is because that's the only size tv that fits in the armour!

This is a great Smart TV with great features. It’s not complicated to use at all. I bought it when they were having a TV sale so, it was really affordable. If you’re looking for a new TV I would consider buying this one when they have another TV sale.

My new Samsung TV is just great. The picture is real clear and the sound is real good. The overall quality of my TV is above average. You can do so much more with my new smart Samsung TV.
