Easy to set up...lovely picture...clear, with good colors. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because I had a little trouble figuring out the remote control. But it's all good now.

It was very easy to set up. I used an antenna and get very clear picture and lots of channels. The sound is just right for a bedroom setting.

Beautiful picture and connected to wifi flawlessly. Great price but the sound quality could be better. The remote was hard to navigate at first but eventually figured out. Setting up some apps & steaming services was a little complicated but muddled through it. Would recommend despite initial problems of a seamless setup,

Great size and value for a replacement TV for my aunt and uncle. Previously they had a 32" that was failing. They love the new size and vibrant colors.

Sound quality pretty decent. Heavier than my other 40". Lengthy setup process (including multiple attempts at signing in, trying to remember my samsung account info) Seems well equipped at first glance. But the interface is overwhelmingly busy, way too many things to look at which take up the whole bottom half of the screen while a show is playing. Anybody who's not real swift at navigating menus will have a VERY hard time using this tv / remote. HOW did I make it thru the whole setup process without realizing one very important feature does not exist on the remote? Voice control! Pretty sure I developed carpal tunnel by so many repetitive motions just trying to sign into accounts and search for things character by character. There are SO many buttons on the remote, you're pretty much guaranteed you'll hit the wrong one pretty regularly. There is not enough differentiation in the size or shape of the buttons to be able to blindly fumble around to know what's what without having to look at it. It definitely needs to be simplified - nobody uses all those buttons any more. There is also a really bad lag that happens so randomly that you don't realize it's not just being unresponsive until it starts to play "catch-up" twenty steps behind after you've hit a bunch of buttons. I wasn't able to install my local news channel app. Instead I was directed to download Haystack. Seemed like a nice idea, but I couldn't get it to stop jumping to other topics, and ran out of patience trying to figure it out. I ended up plugging in my firestick to get me thru this quarantine period when I can return this to the store.

Perfect size and easy to use. Good sound and picture. It’s a tv....it does what it’s supposed to do. Geek guy Danny was very helpful setting it up.

It has a,very clear,picture. Great color, very vibrant. Nice features. Good brand for the price. My only complaint is no recite because I order on line. Love to,have one.
