The TV was very easy to set up. The picture quality is excellent and the remote is intuitive and easy to use! All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase!

Very clear and bright picture. Easy to install the services from the internet.

Bought this for streaming purposes to replace an older 32" set. Set-up is clean and simple, color is great. Going to streaming really simplified my cable management nightmare as well. The sound is adequate, only downside is that the remote buttons tend to be overly response so you need to practice a quick, light touch.

I purchased this TV for an elderly parent. It has more functions than she knows how to use but I am pleased to say she is enjoying it. The size is nice for a bedroom and the picture is clear. She has a little hearing issues but has not had any problems with the sound clarity of this TV. I was really pleased that the remote is identical to her last Samsung TV so there was little to no learning curve. Thanks for that Samsung.

We reviewed TVs everwhere before settling with Best Buy. Why? The process to order was easy, and we got what we wanted. This Television is working exactly as promised!
