It was a great product and it was extremely easy to set up and the quality was amazing

Mounted this TV in my camper. It was light and easy to install. After powering on the TV, the startup options were easy to follow and select. After some quick updates over wifi, I was able to log into my apps and start browsing. The TV is bright and is easy to see in a well lit room.

The tv has great color , the remote is a bit slow .Can you advise me on remote replacement ? I think it has a faulty make up. I changed batteries. Please advise , thanks, s.s.toffel

I'm a fan of Samsung products and this TV does not disappoint. Set up was very easy and smart tv options are a great addition. Screen is clear and vibrant. Sound is loud and can fill a bedroom or small living room. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

This TV is cool, i like it. Good picture, the remote i hate but thats because it has a strange layout

The picture is not sharp sometimes but I have only been watching internet programming so it could be network related. The remote is cumbersome to use when searching on YouTube or other streaming platforms. I have a USB keyboard that I use with a different Samsung TV but it doesn't work correctly with this TV. I don't know why. I have had one problem with the TV connecting to my network. I use a Ethernet cable so there is no network ID or password setup required. In one instance it could not see the network and came up with an error. The fix was to unplug the TV power cord and Ethernet cable for a few minutes and then plug them back in. It has work OK since then.
