I am very happy with this purchase! The salesperson spent a lot of time explaining to me the new features of the televisions on sale. (It had been some time since I purchased a new television.) I now have it for a few weeks. The picture and sound quality are excellent! It works perfectly. My first time owning a Samsung television, but I've always found to be Samsung to be a reliable brand.

I bought a Samsung 43" tv a couple of years ago and I believe this set has a better picture than the older one and not being directly in line with it doesn't seem to make a difference in the picture quality...meaning with the older one the picture is better when I stand up and am looking at it on the same level as the tv...on the couch my line of sight is below it

Really enjoying our new Samsung flatscreen. Even though it was an open box without the box, it works perfectly and gives us a good clear picture for the small room that we’re in. I’ve never purchased a Samsung TV before and I was very pleased with the performance and also with the price we were able to get from Best Buy.

We only use this tv to watch the Peleton App in front of a spin bike. We are very pleased it is plenty bright and just the right size. I know there are cheaper TVs in this size but every Samsung I have owned has always lasted and never had issues. I would recommend this is tv as an alternate monitor or for a workout room . Also we use it with a Roku only we don’t use the interface on the tv.

Perfect size. Super light weight easy yo move around.. Connection to smart hub apps is perfect for running Netflix, Hulu, Amazonprime, Hbomax

We like both our Samsung's. The user interface I find a little clunky, compared to FireTV or Roku, but it works. I wish they all made the "sleep timer" way easier to get to, but this is one point where Samsung might be the best. Love the picture and the sound is quite good all by itself, for a bedroom.

The TV is great, just the size that I wanted. However, I'm disappointed with the Tizen OS for the smart TV. Before I purchased it I went to the store to see a demo of the OS but they couldn't show me. She insured me it had the features that I was looking for but it did not. I don't know if the newer Samsungs have the better OS. The ads said he had Tizen but the box did not.
