Easy to put on the wall. Great picture and easy to use

This purchase was a Christmas gift for a married son to be used in his bedroom. He loves it. First smart tv he's had which was surprising as he is well versed in technology always having the latest smart cellphone and using technology as everyone does these days in his job. We both are Samsung advocates anyway and he confirms the picture and sound maintains the good top-drawer image we have of the company.

When we got this TV during Best Buy's Labor Day sale, it had the best picture we'd ever seen! We also loved that it was our first smart TV with the ability to bring up the internet along with endless other viewing options. The price was extremely reasonable too! My family and I were totally satisfied with our purchase! THEN, yesterday evening while we were watching the news, the TV inexplicably totally lost power and nothing we tried to do would bring it back to life! Unlike today as we are getting the remnants of hurricane Ian, yesterday's weather was fine so that was not the problem. We boxed the TV up and made an appointment with the Geek Squad to return it to Best Buy tomorrow afternoon. We are VERY disappointed as we all LOVED this TV! We give it 2 stars simply because the picture is (was) so beautiful but the TV should certainly last longer than 3 & 1/2 weeks!

I bought this for my mom as an upgrade to her old TV. She's never had a smart TV and this is easy for her to use, I have yet to field one panicked call that she can't figure something out. Easy to navigate and intuitive. This was a pandemic purchase so I'm grateful to the associates at the Sierra Vista store for helping me get it in my car with little contact so we can all stay safe.

It was a good price. I agree with one of reviews about the lag between the remote and tv as well as having to point it right at tv. There is a long lag between switching to the apps. such as Hulu. It is real bright in color. Wish the remote lit up when pushing the buttons (mainly when watching in bed at night). Overall it is pretty good.
