Samsung Should Do Better

Unfortunately two other Samsung 43 inch TV’s she has owned lost picture but have sound. Samsung says it’s a “factory defect”. Keeping my fingers crossed this doesn’t happen again. This is a decent TV for the size and price. Sound could be much better with all Samsung TV’s..

Very disappointed

Waited 2 days for it to come. Tv came opened the box took the tv out. The whole screen cracked. It looked like someone puched the top of the tv. I'm taking it back as soon as they open. My son was so happy to get his new tv, the look on his face when he saw the screen was so hurtful! This is crazy!

The picture and sound break up intermittently. I have had BEST BUY an COMCAST tech people out to look at it, but the problems persist. I now see the last day to return this TV was Jan 13. So now what do I do?

Never buy open box

Was seriously damaged - Screen wasn’t even attached to the frame. BB has cost me many hours of my free time dealing with their mess. Will never purchase from them again.
