Great picture quality and a great price. It is very thin an has almost an invisible bezel so it looks good on or off. HDMI e-arc output works great with my Sonos Arc. I love it so far.

Straight out of the box, my expectations were met on this tv. The crisp sound, bright picture and overall sleek appearance had me hooked. We decided to cut the cable cord and just do online streaming. One reason we purchased this Samsung tv was the asking price for a Tizen operating system. Samsung offers free streaming tv via the Samsung TV plus button on the remote and the other 2 pre-programmed buttons such as Netflix and Prime (you must me hooked up to the internet to get it). I put this tv in my daughters' room and we mounted it on the wall. My daughter has an Apple phone, but I have a Samsung phone. Setting everything up was a breeze due to me having a Samsung phone. I am waiting on the upcoming holidays to buy another one to put in the guest room.

Love my Samsung. Tried Hisense and TCL. There's no comparison to Hisense 40 inch. Samsung better picture, good audio, stand is better made, and I like the free Samsung TV Plus option though I prefer my Roku simplicity. Simple set up. Bestbuy delivery normally perfection. Left it outside on porch on end without ringing the doorbell. Set down easy so I shouldn't complain. I did miss the better price while trying the Hisense.

quality 10/10, size is good and has good brightness

40" smart TV has really good picture quality for the price. It's light weight and very thin. We have no additional speakers and the sound quality is good for a bedroom.

I have this Samsung tv for more than a year and its great everyone comments on how crisp my tv looks never had any issues great for all the app can go on-line use of app is easy i bought a little keyboard and use it with the t.v to type fast great buy

This TV has a crisp picture and was super easy to set up. It was so perfect I bought two of them. I was very pleased because smaller TV'S are harder to find and do not always have so many features. Could not be happier!

This Samsung TV we purchased is so far so good. We think we've made good choice to select this one in terms of size, picture quality, and price.

I am pleased with my purchase of the Samsung 40” Smart TV. Connecting it to the DVR, DVD and home network was easier than I thought it would be. I was able to customize the apps and inputs without difficulty. It was not always intuitive but trial and error got the job done. Hanging it on the wall was a bit of an adventure, but it worked out. I was able to recycle the wall bracket from my old TV. The aggravation was that although the bracket fit the holes on back of the Samsung, the size of the screws was different from my old set. And I couldn’t find specifications as to what size screw would be needed. To attach my hanging brackets on the back of the set, I used 8MM x 1.25 x 20mm Machine Screws The screws made a tight fit securing the bracket into place with no play. I was careful to make the fit secure but not to over-tighten. And verified that the TV assembly was securely in the proper position on the wall bracket before letting go. My TV is now hung securely and safely on the wall of my cave. WARNING: If you are not totally comfortable with hanging the TV from the wall, please consider professional installation for safety of both the TV and you! Paying a few bucks is preferable to straining muscles or dropping your investment. Please be safe. The TV uses WiFi or Ethernet cable to connect to network. I used WiFi because it seemed easier. But occasionally, I had trouble getting Apps to connect when streaming. I thought that perhaps my sometimes intermittent WiFi may be at fault. So I fish-taped an Ethernet cable though the wall to the TV. I haven’t had a problem with Apps or streaming in three weeks.

This TV was easy to set-up out of the box. It has an excellent picture and was very easy to set-up with the wifi. No complaints.

Got this for my daughter’s room & she loves it. Simple enough for a kid to navigate but also modern & user friendly. It was delivered in time & with care.

The picture quality is amazing and the TV is very intuitive which I like. Works well with all the apps. I like the button for prime and Netflix. That’s an extra bonus

Easy to set up. User friendly screen icons. The remote is a bit small to avoid fat finger when entering text on screen. Tweaked the sound and picture.....wow, it has awesome picture and very good sound from built in speakers. Overall, very pleased with this Samsung TV.

This TV was so easy to set up by simply downloading a few apps and being walked through effortlessly. I would definitely recommend this product; you can’t go wrong by buying from an industry leader that continues to dominate the marketplace!

Was looking for replacement for rental. Tempted to go cheaper but hard to best quality of Samsung. Reasonable price as open box and one of the best tv brands.

I use this for our outdoor bistro and it works excellently. However, it’s mounted in a waterproof storm shell, within a custom built cedar cabinet. It is east to see in the sunlight and the picture is great. Excellent product.

This is perfect for my bedroom. It easily went on the wall with the TV mount I purchased. There's a USB plug so I was able to get a wireless mouse and keyboard combo to browse the internet and type in searches. The setup was easy and I was able to connect with my cable and internet via a wireless connection. I've had great luck with Samsung products. I would highly recommend!
