This is the most expensive 40" tv I looked at, but yet it only has 2 hdmi connections. Every other tv I looked at had 3. But the most disappointing thing was when I discovered it had NO digital audio output. EVERY OTHER TV I looked at had a digital audio output so I assumed this tv would, but I was wrong. Now I can't use my old soundbar with it.

Plenty of apps, an Internet browser, games. Bluetooth devices like keyboard and mouse, game controller, speakers etc. connect seamlessly. Adjusting settings like audio and video are easy and the price was reasonable. I love my new TV!

It is not Roku compatible, which makes it much less user-friendly. The picture is not great either.

If the image doesn’t quite match your preferences, there are several adjustments you can make to better suit your viewing environment and content type.
First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
To explore picture mode options, navigate to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode. Options include:
• Standard – Ideal for general viewing
• Dynamic – Brighter and more vibrant for well-lit spaces
• Eco – Optimized for energy efficiency
• Movie – Best for viewing in low light
You can further customize your image by going to: Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings, where you can adjust Brightness, Contrast, Color Tone, Sharpness, Contrast Enhancer and more.

This unexpected ugrade did not disappoint

I was distraught but after a quick browse on the BB app I was able to locate and pick up a updated version of my previous TV. It not only had improved versions of the previous features but new ones and a better remote control layout 20/10. The purchasing experience was smooth professional and friendly. I was even accommodated to pick up my TV on the precipice of closing time. Do yourself a favour and utilize this wonderfu service!

I have a fiber optic feed that 9 times out of 10 is not recognized by the TV, so it sits there unresponsive. It takes some fiddling to re-enforce the TV input (HDMI-1 in my case) before it connects to my fiber connection. Otherwise the TV has a good picture and good sound
