Easy setup, clear picture. Works well. Wish it defaulted to the last option used on home screen automatically, but not hard to select it (our last Samsung did this).

I'm thrilled. The picture is superb! Best Buy's Black Friday deal was great. Delivery was super fast and just perfect. The TV was easy for me to set up, almost too easy. Since installing it, I've enjoyed my old-fashioned MeTV shows, a few movies, binging on Sherlock Holmes, and more. Best Buy gave me a Great Deal!

Great product and great price. I use best buy for most all purchases as they have the best electronics available and very good prices on everything I'm looking for. I could have bought the same size flatscreen TV a little cheaper but samsung tvs have always been the best for me. Best picture and features as always and best durability! I know as I have had other brands. Never a problem or failure with samsung.

I have had several Samsung TV's so decided to get this open box at the great price. I was pleased to see it was in excellent condition. Looked brand new. The picture is very clear and has really good sound quality. Definitely a good purchase.

This is a great TV. Easy to use. Colors are okay, not as sharp as I really wanted but that usually is the case with bigger size tv. Highly recommend for the money. Overall a very good television

Excellent value, superior performance. My only issue was what I consider the excessive set up fee. I am a senior with limited mobility. A few years ago, I could have set the TV up myself. There was no wall mounting or adding of extra components. I just needed someone to lift the TV onto my bedroom dresser. I don't mind paying for the installation, but $199 to install a $200 TV seems a bit much. Perhaps a tiered installation program???

So far so good! Nice pictures, quick response, easily use, compatible with smart thing and fair price. I think it is a well fit in bed room .

it has a beautiful sharp picture. It also includes alot more stations and movies that I did not have on my other dumb tv because this is a smart LED one. It is a major upgrade and gift to myself!
