I like the Samsung brand. Their electronic items are well-built and get the job done. This TV is no exception.

Totally a great pick for a TV in my office. The built in apps are rather laggy and it's not easy to navigate due to that. However for the price, the picture is great and this was a good sized screen for the room.

First time buying a Samsung TV. Needed a smaller TV for the room. This was the perfect size. The picture is excellent for the price. Excellent sound. My beef is with the remote and the Home Screen. The remote is cluttered and crammed with a host of buttons. With no backlit options, forget about finding the correct button at night. The Home Screen is the same story. Cluttered and crammed with a plethora of options such as apps, menu options, sub menus, etc. I wish the screen and remote were a bit more intuitive and simpler.

I like my new TV. Picture color nice. Only give 4-star, because only let me setup wide screen. It won’t let me setup full screen as it is greyed out and say this function not available.

The TV is beautiful love it I brought the old TV to you to recycle they wanted to charge me 30.00 dollars you lost a customer not good business

it has a beautiful sharp picture. It also includes alot more stations and movies that I did not have on my other dumb tv because this is a smart LED one. It is a major upgrade and gift to myself!

Easy to set up and connect to services. Only drawback is the plastic 'feet'. They were a real nuisance to attach.

It’s a great TV. Better than I expected when I purchased it. And one surprise I’d like to mention is, and I don’t know how this works because I’ve never had this with other smart tv’s - but this model allows me to watch free live tv from local cable channels. How or why I do not know, but I thoroughly enjoy this feature.

The screen looks great, and 40" is perfect for a small living room or basement... well worth the price.

We purchased this to replace an older version that was in our bedroom, we didn’t need something with all the latest bells (which this has enough for what it’s being used for) we leave that for our living room tv. We’re never disappointed with Samsung , this is a great tv for an even better price.

Our Sony 50” set in the bedroom suddenly crashed and was not repairable. We bought the Sam’s my as a replacement and are vet pleased with our choice

I’m happy with the TV size and the cost because I have a wall bracket that only accommodates this size for the maximum width. I’m 71 years old so I’m not the best with setting up a new TV but this wasn’t too bad. Only thing I don’t like is I have a sound bar and it’s not compatible with this television

This tv had an excellent picture, and the color tones and sounds were clear and well defined. I needed to put it in an armoire and it looks beautiful in there.

This is a great television at an amazing price! Bright colors great sound easy setup lots of free channels and the people at Best Buy Ocala Are very helpful this is the second TV I've bought there in recent months

This was exactly the size we needed to fit in our bookcases. It's a replacement of virtually the same model which lasted for 10 years. Hoping same will be true of this one! Great value/quality for the money.

So far this has excellent quality and it's way easier to maneuver with the menu system. But I would advise to thoroughly read the directions just to be safe.

First time buy a Samsung, over all really great tv . Just would be better if prices was just a little low
